A beautiful Home lying on the Eastern side of Clifden Town, Connemara, County Galway, Ireland. Failte Ireland have given Joyce's Waterloo House a 4* Grading - its highest possible accolade.
The House is inspected yearly to obtain its Tourism Ireland and Government Approved Grading to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Joyce's Waterloo House lies on an elevated site overlooking a heavily wooded river valley on main road (N59) leading into Clifden Town.
With the Town centre just a 12 minute walk away, the House has a wonderful “Town meets Country” setting.
A spate Salmon river lies directly across from the House, a beautiful wild Trout lake just a 12 minute walk away. Foothills directly behind house lead onward to Twelve Ben Mountain range and yet, only a 7 minute drive to beaches.
The House sits on an elevated site with a south facing aspect, and is surrounded by mature oak and sycamore Trees as well as birch and hazelnut woods to rear.
