Welcome to Sea Dunes Town home located on beautiful New Smyrna Beach! We would love to share our place with you. Beautifully landscaped, scenic town homes painted with sun, sand, and surf await your visit. Come relax! We welcome you to our Sea Dunes family, most of our visitors make plans to come back year after year!

We are a unique place because of our building structure: our cedar-constructed homes is two story, with private and personal surroundings, large balcony for grilling and entertaining, with a pleasant view over looking the pool. Not only are we tucked away between the dunes, but we also have private access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We are close to shopping and local festivals, car shows, and live downtown entertainment. Also, within minutes are a variety of great restaurants, and the historic beach charm of New Smyrna cradled by many family owned businesses of various treasures.

If you should choose to visit us, we are located in the 'Sailfish' section of Sea Dunes. There is private, outdoor parking, along with the convenience of guest parking for friends and family. Our rental is year round and we are always looking to expand our Sea Dunes family!
