We invite you to visit our spacious 2400 square foot single family lakefront home located in the Village of Gentle Slopes. A private community with paved roads, easy access to the lake and close to nearby area attractions. Sitting at the back of Mill Creek Cove, located at the 4 mm of the Gravois Arm, you will enjoy calm waters, a flat lot with lots of green grass in which to play, and the ideal location to relax with family and friends.
MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: Open floor plan with lots of windows and a great view of the lake, deck with BBQ gas grill overlooking the patio off the fully furnished kitchen, a large stone wood-burning fireplace, living room with big screen TV/DVD/cable, half bath, and a utility room with washer and dryer. The large master suite features a king bed, TV with cable, private full bath, and a great view of the lake.
LOWER LEVEL WALKOUT FEATURES: Large family room with TV/cable/Nintendo 64 game system and a full bath off the hallway. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV with cable, and a closet. Bedroom #3 features twin bunk beds, TV and cable, a shared bath off the hall, and sliding glass doors leading directly onto the patio. Bedroom #4 features a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath, TV with cable, closet, and sliding doors leading onto the patio. Once onto the 1500 square foot outdoor patio, you will find a built in stone fire pit stocked with plenty of firewood for nights by the fire telling stories and roasting marshmallows, a covered bar area, patio furniture, stereo system, and you are just a few feet from the water's edge.
PRIVATE DOCK at NO extra charge features a 20"x20" partially covered swim platform area to fish or just lounge in the sun. There is also fresh water to rinse off your boat or jet skis at the end of the day.
Large driveway for parking and boat trailer. There is also additional off site parking near by for an extra fee. A boat ramp available just a short drive from the home.
The home is located five miles east of Laurie, Missouri on State Road "O", then one mile north on Towering Oak Road. By water, home is located in Mill Creek Cove, on the four mile marker of the Gravois Arm. We think you will find this to be one of the best coves on the Lake of the Ozarks for boating, fishing, swimming, and all of your water sport activities.

Upon arrival to the home, everything was inviting and as pictured. The home was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the water. The amenties and space are accommodating for large parties/families. The outdoor bar and patio are excellent for evening relaxation while the kids are sleeping! Covered dock was exceptional in the August MO heat. Private setting allowed for safe swimming and little traffic. We look forward to another enjoyable stay next year!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described with all the comforts of home! The water was calm and great for swimming. The dock was great with a partial cover for those who are shade seekers. The home is a short drive (10 min) from town with a small store just at the entrance to the lake (2-3 min). Thank you for a great week!
