Our beautiful townhome is situated just two miles west of the famous Cable Beach on a small private gated peninsula, with the water on 3 sides. The snorkeling reef is right out the front of our patio, the private sandy beach is 100 meters from our back door and the two pools a stones throw away.
We are in a perfect area for just walking around to get to two restaurants on the beach next to us, one is fresh seafood and the other is a seafood and pizza cafe. Within a few minutes walk across the bridge to a marina are more shops, restaurants and a gym.
Public jitneys come past the front gate regularly to the two supermarkets, more restaurants, shops, casino and hotels two miles down the road or anywhere else on the island up to 6pm.
Nassau town centre and Paradise Island are about 15 minutes away.

We are travelers at heart and always rent houses in the countries we visit, we currently reside in Guatemala where we run our boutique hotel, Laguna Lodge, but always visit our house in Nassau at least 4 times a year!
Why the Owner Chose Nassau
This was our primary house for 5 years and now we have moved to Guatemala to live, so the logical step was to rent out our house for others to enjoy as much as we have!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
Our property is just 30 ft from the ocean, the waves are sure to lull you to sleep. The 2 pools are close by and the sandy beach is 1 minute out the back door.
