  LOVED this place and location! It doesn't get any closer to the beach or ocean than this lovely and clean condo. Well described and advertised, the place is even nicer than on photos. Would recommend this place to friends & relatives, etc. Sarah was very helpful and provided accurate directions. 5-10 min drive to the marina, 1 min drive to Publix / Walgreens, highly convenient. Beautiful and clean beach. We had a great time and would love to stay in this condo again.

  This year was the 3rd time in four years we have stayed in this unit (the only reason we missed one year is because it was already booked). Sarah is the most delightful person to work with and now thinks of us first every year since we come down the same week each year. The condo is spacious, the on-site staff is friendly (and have been there for many years), and it is accessible to everything. Private beach and a low-rise building (only three floors) ensures a less-crowded beach compared to the high-rise buildings. With Henderson Beach State Park practically next door, you are almost guaranteed fast access to a quieter, more peaceful beach walk. We have been coming to Destin for 15 years and this has been and will continue to be our first choice in accommodations. Book and love it.

  Seven of my friends and I stayed a week at this condo. The condo was very nice and well decorated. One of the best things about this condo was the location. Sarah along with the front desk were very helpful anytime we needed something.

  Sarah, thanks so much for allowing us to use your condo during our recent stay. The location is ideal, with the beach just steps away. No street to cross to gain access to the beach. The beach was never crowded and the beach service was terrific. The condo itself was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. I booked the condo just 3 days before leaving and Sarah went out of her way to accommodate us. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it highly.

  Sarah, We had a great time staying at your condo. The place is beautiful and the view was awesome. My family and I had a wonderful time. Your hospitality was overwhelming and the condo was everything you said it would be. We felt like we were in a home away from home. Everything was very clean and I could tell you take pride in making others get the most of thier vacation experience. The location was great and close to everything that we wanted to experience while in Destin. I will definitely being calling on you in the future. Anyone looking for an awesome place to stay.... this is a great place!! I highly recommend dealing with Sarah. They don't get much better than her. I look forward to staying with you in the future. We are already looking for dates in 2011. Thanks and you are the best.
