Our beautiful, private pool home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, all on one floor, with a games area in the two car garage, formal dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils, a family room and living room with cable TV, DVD, VCR and Playstation2.
Each of the bedrooms has cable TV. The house is air-conditioned and has full sized laundry facilities. We also have wireless internet service at the house.
The private screen enclosed south facing pool and spa with available pool heat awaits you. The house has children's pool alarms, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your family's safety.
There is a walking nature trail next to the house that goes around the lake which brings you to the sandy beach, volleyball court, children's playground, picnic area and gazebo. There are tennis courts near the clubhouse.
Lake Berkley is located just south of US 192, off Oren Brown Road. It is ideally situated to use Poinciana Boulevard to the Osceola Parkway toll road for a direct route straight into Disney.
Lake Berkley is less than 15 minutes to Disney. It is close to all the main attractions including SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Medieval Times and many more.
You are just minutes away from world class golf courses. You have a choice of hundreds of restaurants of all types and dozens of shopping areas and malls all within minutes of the house.
There is a 24-hour Wal-Mart Superstore within walking distance.

Hello Sandy, We got back last Tuesday and wanted to let you know the house was perfect! everything was as expected, or even better than we expected. Thank you very much. We are toying with the idea of another trip down this winter, and if we can work out similar arrangements with you, we would like to consider renting your place again. We had a fantastic stay here. Our family was traveling with all age groups - seniors, adults, teens, children. The house has something for everyone and plenty of space. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed and wanted: video games, board games, TVs in every room, a family room where the kids hung out while the adults were in the living room enjoying some peace and quiet. The pool was just right and kept us all cool. The house is spotless - very clean, and we left it that way as well. The furniture is is great shape - it really feels like a home not a rental. There are plenty of dishes, pot/pans etc. for those who wish to cook for themselves. There is a full size washer/dryer so I did some laundry every day. The location is convenient to all attactions (Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, outlet malls) and there is a huge Wal-Mart less than a mile away. On the main strip there are also many family chain type restraunts to choose from. The owners have a wonderful resource book with suggested areas of interest, restaurants, other important phone numbers that was really helpful. This house had everything we were looking for - convenient location, exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, space for everyone so you will not feel on top of eachother, plenty of hot water in the showers, and well stocked with towels, dishes etc. Stay here - you and your family will not be sorry! We would absolutely rent this home again!
