This house was one of the best houses I have ever stayed in. It has every thing that you need in a rental. this house makes you feel like you never left home with every amenities you need and more. I would recommend this house to anyone of my friends.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great place to stay

This home was just like home away from home. It was away from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and extremely handy to get to Walmart! We enjoyed being able to make a good home cooked breakfast before heading out to the theme parks each morning. The kitchen was full of the essentials such as glasses, plates, silverware, skillets, and cooking utensils. Unfortunately it was cool the week we were there-so we were only able to use the pool and spa once. The pool alarm was kind of annoying everytime we wanted to go outside, but understand that for little kids it is a safety issue. The walking path is right by the house so we were able to walk around the lake and see the nice beach and play area. It was nice to be able to stay caught up with laundry while the rest of the family played pool and foosball. Having two living rooms was handy but we really didn't spend much time at the house. The bedrooms were very comfortable and decorated cute. Having three bathrooms with seven of us was extremely nice as well! The living room had some games, puzzles, and movies that we could have taken advantage of using, but after long days at the theme parks a little tv was about all we could handle. Of the seven of us that stayed in the home, three were teenagers and they all enjoyed the house (especially having a room to themselves). We thoroughly enjoyed the home and highly recommend others to stay at this property.

Hi Sandy, Couldn't wait to get writing to let you know what a fantastic time we had at your beautiful holiday home. This villa was wonderful and exactly as you described. It is beautifully decorated and really spacious. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms very clean and well equipped. With only 2 adults and 1 child we didn't get to use all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa has TV's in every room, free wi-fi, a great games room and the pool and spa which was great fun and perfect for cooling off in. All this, and the villa was located extremely convenient for all the shops, restaurants, parks, attractions and airport without any intrusive noise from main roads. Opposite the villa there is a huge lake with alligators and a small play park, which was another unexpected bonus. The gated community in which the villa is located was also reassuring. Thanks for all the emails you sent with information on everything from getting from the airport to what days the garbage pails went out. Big thanks to Mark as he could have arranged for us to stay had the dust cloud not dissipated, which I was hoping it wouldn't as I could have stayed forever it was so peaceful. Perfect for a large family

Our Feb. 2010 Florida trip was our first trip during which we rented a house. In the past, due to the size of our family, we either had to book a suite in a hotel or adjoining rooms. It easily cost us over $200 per night, plus the costs of breakfast. It was for this reason that we investigated renting a house, and this particular property fit everything that we wanted -- kids rooms, a game room, heated pool, hot tub, and wireless internet. We could not be happier with our experience. Everything went very smoothly, and we had prompt, friendly, and helpful communications with the owners. The house is a wonderful roomy place to come back and relax after a long day at the parks. We stopped by at a nearby Wal-Mart and got groceries for the week, which saved us the cost of going out to eat for breakfast and lunch. I would absolutely recommend this property to others, and we hope this house will be available for our next Florida trip!

I can't imagine a nicer vacation rental. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I have 3 children ages 16, 13 and 3 and there was something for everyone here. The house feels like home not a hotel. It was very clean and well stocked. All amenities are in very good condition. Because of our hectic schedule at the parks , we only had the opportunity to use the pool one day, but it was lovely-very warm and clean (we wish we had tried it sooner). The owner's information book was very thorough, and it was wonderful to have the key available right at the front door( no wasting time in an office). I would definitely recommend this lovely home. Hello Sandy, We got back last Tuesday and wanted to let you know the house was perfect! everything was as expected, or even better than we expected. Thank you very much. We are toying with the idea of another trip down this winter, and if we can work out similar arrangements with you, we would like to consider renting your place again. We had a fantastic stay here. Our family was traveling with all age groups - seniors, adults, teens, children. The house has something for everyone and plenty of space. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed and wanted: video games, board games, TVs in every room, a family room where the kids hung out while the adults were in the living room enjoying some peace and quiet. The pool was just right and kept us all cool. The house is spotless - very clean, and we left it that way as well. The furniture is is great shape - it really feels like a home not a rental. There are plenty of dishes, pot/pans etc. for those who wish to cook for themselves. There is a full size washer/dryer so I did some laundry every day. The location is convenient to all attactions (Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, outlet malls) and there is a huge Wal-Mart less than a mile away. On the main strip there are also many family chain type restraunts to choose from. The owners have a wonderful resource book with suggested areas of interest, restaurants, other important phone numbers that was really helpful. This house had everything we were looking for - convenient location, exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, space for everyone so you will not feel on top of eachother, plenty of hot water in the showers, and well stocked with towels, dishes etc. Stay here - you and your family will not be sorry! We would absolutely rent this home again!
