Why the Owner Chose Mashpee
Maushop Village is an elegant respite for our hectic lives. Clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, Maushop is also unbelievably convenient -- you're just off the bridge, and avoid the bulk of Cape traffic. Ours is a premium, end unit townhouse, and we enjoy a view of a rare grassy expanse and a much quieter location than many of the middle units with patios overlooking parking lots.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There's nothing better than a two-minute walk to a private beach. We absolutely love the ability to go to the beach, and come back for a quick snack. In addition, we enjoy the Popponesset Village marketplace, which is open from morning coffee and muffins until a late night drink at the raw bar. During the summer, the marketplace has live music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. We're close enough to walk to the concerts, and far enough not to be disturbed by the music.
