"Wintergreen Retreat" - This is a three years new custom built luxury home in a lovely and convenient location. This home is located on a quite cul-de-sac that is very close to the main lodge and all the great resort amenities.

There are just 8 steps to enter the home and the main floor includes the living spaces and a bedroom, making the home a nice choice for seniors or handicapped as once in they can enjoy single floor living and interaction with the entire group.

The first floor of this home is marked by soaring wood lined ceilings and a dramatic window wall that allows lots of natural light. The great room has two seating areas, one organized around the wood burning fireplace with its dramatic stone work and one organized around the television. Enjoy the cozy couches and comfy Amish crafted rocking chairs.

This floor also features a custom, upscale kitchen with slate tile inlays in the hardwood flooring. The kitchen is full equipped for cooking and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a solid oak farm table with seating for 10. With the windows surrounding the dining area you get the feeling of being in a tree house. The deck can be accessed from the dining room or the great room. Completing this floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The large deck accessed from this level is complete with Amish crafted Adirondack style deck furniture and a large stainless steel gas grill.

The upper level of this home features a private master suite. The suite includes French doors with a private balcony to enjoy that evening glass of wine or that morning cup of coffee. There is a king size bed, television, walk in closet and private bath with a double vanity, large garden soaking tub and a shower.

The lower level of this home is filled with great space for you group. There is a second stone fireplace here. This one is a gas fireplace. There is a wet bar, television, games, and lots of comfortable seating. You can access the lower level deck and the jacuzzi from this level. There is nothing quite like sitting in the jacuzzi enjoying the stars after an active day of golf, tennis, hiking, or skiing. There is a full laundry room on this level as well. This level is completed with a bedroom with a queen bed, walk in closet, and television and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk (single on the top, double on the bottom). There is a full bathroom in the hallway and the sofa opens up to a sleep sofa.

With two large living areas in the home, this home works great for multi-generational gatherings. The younger set can take over the lower level, while the older group occupies the main level and upper level master suite. With the bedding configuration (1 king, 2 queens, and a pyramid bunk which has a twin on top and double on the bottom) it also works nice for couples vacationing together - no one gets stuck with the twin bedroom.

This home is very close to the slopes and is also a short walk to some of the best hiking trails in the resort.

We are happy to make our owner guest passes available to our guests. These provide a 20% discount on resort sports amenities, including lift tickets, golf, and tennis. They also provide complimentary access to Lake Monican, a favorite summertime spot. In the summer you will have complimentary access to multiple pools and in the winter you will receive discounted admission to the indoor pool and spa. This is in addition to the private jacuzzi that is in the home.

  • Bunk Bed : There is a pyramid bunk in the second lower level bedroom. It has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. This room features cozy red, white, and blue comforters.
  • Convertible Bed : The comfortable micro fiber couch in the lower level opens to a sleep sofa.

  • Private Hot Tub : This 5 person hot tub is outside on the lower level deck. It is accessed via the French doors on the lower level.
