We know you are going to enjoy our secluded oasis tucked quietly off the beaten path. Relax by the heated, covered pool and enjoy the tranquility of our beautifully manicured gardens and all their exotic plants. There are orange and banana trees whose fruit are available for our guests when they are in season and ripe. The entire yard is fenced in with no overlooking properties and the house is surrounded by towering oak trees. Take full advantage of the propane grill and the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is located at one end of the house beside the kitchen and living room while the three additional bedrooms are at the other end allowing your children or guests their own privacy.
You are only minutes from great restaurants, dinner theatres, outlet malls and other fun attractions for all ages. The house is only 6 miles from Disney's main gate as well as being very close to Sea-World and Universal Studios. There is great fishing and boating just minutes away at Lake Toho as well as several challenging golf courses. If you want to go to the beach its only a 1 hour drive away!
There is an historic orange grove a short walk from the house that will take you back and give you a look at "Old Florida".

Our family lives north of Toronto, Canada, and although our summers are nice, the long cold winters make us long for the warmth. Our young family gets a lot of use of the pool and the quiet street, and being so close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios is a great benefit!

We chose the Whispering Oaks community for our vacation home because we love having all the amenities close, yet we are in a quiet secluded subdivision.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The street that our house is on is lined with GIANT oak trees and it backs on to an historic orange grove that has amazing walking trails throughout. Yet despite its seclusion, you are only minutes from Outlet shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and many other local attractions.

We were here for a week. We loved it. The description was accurate regarding the house. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Easy to find, close to shopping, attractions, and food. It has lots of space for relaxing. Everything you need in there full kitchen, eating area, wifi hook-up, beach chairs, games, tv (in everyroom). The kids really enjoyed the pool and the pooltable. Over all this was a great place to stay after being at the parks all day. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was taken care of the very next day. We are looking forward to staying here again next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!! :-)

We can't say enough about this house and location. Our vacation plan was to visit a Disney World Park everyday but there was no way we wanted to be stuck in a hotel room for a week. Since we are a family of 5 and also had 2 grandparents going we were in need of a place large enough to hold us all comfortably. This house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. It was heaven to come home after a long day at the parks and cook a good meal while the kids ran around and/or swam in the pool. The beauty of it was that if we didn't feel like cooking there was lots of restaurants and stores near by. The kids loved to go into the attached garage where the pool table and games were to have a place away from the grown ups. If I talk to someone who is planning on going to Florida or usually goes every year I always mention they should rent this place no questions about it. The whole experience was smooth and you will not be disappointed in this home.

We were able to fit two families of 5 (kids' ages range from 1 to 8) in this home quite comfortably. Very well stocked kitchen including a Mickey sandwich maker, which was a hit! Movies and dress up clothes (did I mention all 6 kids were girls?) were available for the kids' entertainment. We couldn't use the pool because of the unusually cold weather, but were refunded our money with no problems. Owners are very helpful! The free Wi-Fi came in very handy. The home is about 2 minutes from a WalMart so grocery shopping is very convenient. It took us about 20 minutes with the traffic to get to Disney, but not an unpleasant drive with lots of restaurants and conveniences along the way. We would definitely recommend this home and the girls are hoping to return very soon!!

We just came back from this vacation home,and had the best family vacation ever!We stayed 9 days and next year plan to stay for 2 weeks.Vacationing is always difficult for us as we have 2 teenagers,and 2 younger children,and keeping them all happy and satisfied can be a challenge when travelling.This home kept them all very happy,and us too! My sons loved the pool and pool table the most.I loved the kitchen(it had everything I needed, I love to cook) and close amenities.My husband loved the internet(yes he worked alittle)and the quiet location.The girls loved the shopping,and we all loved cocoa beach!We used your cooler,hope thats ok,we washed it after.We did so much while we were there( Universal Studio's,Clearwater Beach,back to school shopping,etc..),but still had so much we wanted to do when we left(helicopter ride,Daytona 500 experience). We've stayed at Disney's resorts quite a few times(and done the Disney cruise),and wanted a different stay this time(our teenagers would have died if we dragged them there again).I wanted to be able to cook some of our meals, and have fruit and drinks available.It turned out that we ate in quite often (the crock pot was so useful,alittle small for my family,but I made it work). Now that we've done this,we'll do it again and again.I felt alittle sad leaving,but very excited to return again soon.We just loved it,and took care during our stay.This is a beautiful home.Anyone staying there will not be dissappointed.
