Our home is located off of Bragg Hill in Fayston. You will be reminded of the Sugarbush area quintessential photo of the Bragg Farm and Sugarbush North just to the west on every drive to this home.

Not only in a great location, our home was constructed last year with all the modern conveniences and attractive details. We built our home to use as a vacation place, easy to use and with luxurious touches. We have radiant floor heat throughout for those cold mornings, a large wood burning fireplace, washing machine and dryer, and everything else is new. The living space is located on the second floor that allows for cathedral ceilings throughout. We have a large entry mudroom with built-ins (ski boot dryer), and a two car attached garage (yes, a warm car in the morning). The modern conveniences include cable TV, and high speed internet.

The home sits on 6 acres and abuts the Phen Basin reserve that includes lots of mountain bike and hiking trails.

Have fun on the trails, on the property, and in our home.
