Our comfortable, cozy, and beautifully appointed second story Carriage House will offer you the peace and relaxation you desire in the heart of downtown Boulder.
Within a block you will experience a myriad of Boulder's eclectic shops and restaurants. You can happen upon a delicious burger, or make reservations to enjoy a scrumptious ahi tuna steak with ginger and enoke mushrooms within minutes of your resting place.
You also have the choice of preparing your own gourmet meals in the comfort of your own kitchen with full-sized, upscale appliances. Dishware, cookware and basic seasonings are provided. There are hiking trails, bike rentals and full service spas within minutes away.
The studio has hickory hardwood floor, granite counter tops, a closet with built in shelving, two night tables, a dresser, and lower storage cabinets. The carriage house also offers cable flat screen TV with DVD player, CD player, Wi-Fi, fireplace, ceiling fan, full sized washer & dryer and A/C. Extra amenities such as housekeeping are available upon request.
This is the carriage house of the Morrison House, a 100+ year old Victorian beauty. We spent 2 years lovingly renovating the entire property being sure to preserve the historic beauty of our home. Part of the reconstruction included the construction of this BRAND NEW CARRIAGE HOUSE.
