The 2 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2009 is situated on boulevard Montparnasse ( in the limit of the 14th,5th and 6th district of Paris) some meters only from the highest tower of Paris, Tour Montparnasse; Le Dome Brasseries", "Le Select", & "La Rotonde", La Coupole (the restaurant of the artists) and the brasserie of the intellectuals -“La Closerie des lilas” ;in front of the Luxembourg garden , very close to Saint Michel and Saint Germain ; This place is really made to enjoy your stay in Paris.

It measures about 55m² and is located on the court level, 2th floor without lift. All the bedrooms are very quiet. It is COMPLETELY RENOVATED in Mars 2009.

Living room and kitchen :
Fully equipped separate kitchen > The living area has a sofa bed for 2 persons, a flat screen TV, side table .

2 bedrooms :
- The 1st has a queen size bed for 2.
- The 2nd has 2 single beds that may be put together to form a double bed
- The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2. ( very easy to open and convertible in really good double bed)

The kitchen and other amenities:
- an electric cooker with 4 burners,
- an oven cum micro-wave,
- a family size refrigerator,
- a dish washer
- a toaster, water boiler
- a clothes washer, with dryer. There is also a hanging rack.

- a complete set of cooking utensils and crockery.
- Free local and LD telephone service (to some 50 countries, including North America, EEC, Australia and SE Asia), high speed internet via ethernet or wifi (bring your laptop).

Strong points:
Nearby the apartment, there are 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Or enjoy the daily Open AIR Market in the morning at just 5 mins away. Lots of fashion shops and restaurants. Very pleasant neighborhood. You have a public parking just down of the building .

- Direct line to Eurostar station (Gare du Nord), gare de Lyon , Gare de Montparnasse
- Direct line by RER to the airports from station Port Royal (100 meters)

The total weekly rent includes all taxes, internet connection, and utility charges Telephone bills outside the internet line (if any) will be billed separately. The guest takes care of the daily cleaning of the flat and ensures that it is returned in its original condition.

We provide linen and towels but not toiletries like soap or shampoo.
We will offer a picture-perfect living experience.
