This is a completely restored 99 year old home located on the Welland River better known as the Chippawa Creek, where the Niagara River and Welland Rivers meet.
Located about 1 mile from the famous Niagara Falls. Close to all attractions. There is a grocery store, beer store, liquor store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops all located within 5 minute walking distance. There is a walking/biking trail the entire length of the upper and lower river, approximately 35km or 25 miles. The Niagara Parks Commission people mover station, where you can purchase a ticket for all day trasportation within the Parks system is a 10 to 15 minute walk.
