Master Bedroom with King bed, sitting area with 42" plasma TV & DVR. Gorgeous master bath with whirlpool tub for two, twin sinks and stone shower with double shower heads with rainwater massage - So relaxing! Also on same floor with master is small office with printer connection available, TV and internet. Main floor has living room with 42" plasma TV with DVD player and movie library. Lots of seating with direct access to the screen porch. Porch is lovely area overlooking the pool, with table and TV. Dining area seats eight comfortably at the table with space for four more at the kitchen bar. Gourmet kitchen for cooking those great family meals and easy cleanup with the double dishwashers. On the lower lever one bedroom with two twin beds and a single sleeper sofa with access to hall bath. Also second bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath with tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath with separate tub and shower - TV's in both the bath and bedroom. All bedrooms have TV with DVD player. Fully equipped laundry room also located on the lower level.
Backyard with self cleaning pool and hot tub leads directly to the beach walk and only the fourth house from the ocean. There are lovely chaise lounges by the pool with a table for al fresco dining and a gas grill.
Everything you will need for a wonderful Hilton Head, Sea Pines vacation! And just a short walk to the Salty Dog!

This is our second house in Sea Pines and we love the area. Close to the beach, South Beach Marina, Shopping, Restaurants, golfing and tennis. Only a short bike ride to Harbor Town too.
