About our luxurious townhouse completed in 2005....
We are in Delfines, with private access to the beach, a small community with parking and 24 hour security. A local property manager will welcome you and answer your questions. Our townhouse is well-maintained and beautifully furnished and boasts a whole house water purification system. (Yes, you can drink the water!) House keeping is provided weekly (daily housekeeping available for an extra charge).
Six guests can sleep comfortably...Our 2 story 1900 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 1 study/den, 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 patios. The master bedroom has a king bed and spacious bath with large terrazzo shower and Jacuzzi. The spacious mirrored closet contains built-in dressers. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the large 26 meter blue-tiled swimming pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi, and separate children's pool. Both guest rooms have queen beds, large mirrored closets with built-in dressers and large windows. The guest bath has an oversize terrazzo shower. Exquisite linens and towels are provided.
Shopping & Restaurants.....Our home is a 20 minute walk (or short ride) to Paradise Village Mall. This beautiful 2 story mall has many shops to serve you; including restaurants, a full service Grocery, Laundromat, beauty salon, Internet Cafe, Mail Boxes, and many artisan shops. Taxi and bus service is available.
