Spacious 1200+ square feet condo on second floor. Upon arrival to the condo, you will step into a screened porch which is perfect for cleaning off all the sand from a day at the beach.
The kitchen is newly remodeled. New kitchen cabinets. New stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Complete with coffee pot, pots & pans, utensils, dishes and washer and dryer. The kitchen overlooks the dining/living area. The dining room table will seat six to eight and there is a breakfast bar that will seat two Wet bar has blender and glasses for your entertaining.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new pillow top mattress, remodeled full bathroom, TV and its own private balcony. Second bedroom has two full size beds with new mattresses, TV and a connecting shared remodeled full bathroom.
Living room has queen size pull out sofabed, loveseat, TV with DVD/VCR player. Step through the sliding glass door to the second screened in porch overlooking the outdoor pool. Table and two chairs make this porch a great place for your morning coffee, quite time or conversation.
Summertree Village is a perfect spot for a family vacation.
