This spacious, custom-built 2-bedroom, 2-bath house is situated on a private 50-acre parcel of pristine desert that bridges a 700-acre nature preserve and a wildlife sanctuary/research parcel owned by the University of Arizona, contiguous with Saguaro National Park. Mule deer, peccaries, grey foxes, bobcats, coyotes, roadrunners, desert tortoises, and quail are among the resident wildlife.
This custom-built home is on one level, handicap accessible, with dual, central cooling (evaporative and AC). 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths. Fireplace. Front and back patio areas with a redwood deck off the master bedroom, affording a view of city lights and the full-moon rising.
Comfortably furnished, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom.
Utilities: Gas, electric, water, water softener supplies, local phone service with an a fax and answering machine, DSL high-speed internet service, and satellite television reception are included in your rental fee.
Cleaning: We provide house-cleaning service once every two weeks. Optional weekly cleaning is available for a supplementary fee of $50/hour.
Pets/Smoking: No pets are allowed unless agreed to in advance. Absolutely no smoking indoors. House has been carefully built so as to not disturb its natural desert setting and has no fenced-in areas.

His work blends art and science to reveal the mystery, beauty, and complexity of the natural world.
