Our unit is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is newly remodeled with oak cabinetry and granite counter tops. You'll enjoy entertaining your guests at the teak and tiled dining room table. The living room is well appointed and leads to the screened patio which overlooks a small canal, a great place for morning coffee!
The upstairs master suite with vaulted ceiling has a queen bed & master bath with vanity area & large shower. The washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs, adjacent to both bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a private bath, day bed with trundle, dresser and desk. Corporate clients will appreciate the flexibility this room offers - a quiet office or additional space for your guests, the choice is yours.
Discovery Point is a gated residential community. Amenities include a pool area, tennis, racquetball, playground & grilling area. We are located in Deerfield Beach between Sample Rd. and SW 10th St just west of I-95. The Ft. Lauderdale airport is just 25 minutes to south & Palm Beach Airport just 35 minutes north. We are central to I-95, the Florida Turnpike and Sawgrass Expressway. Local shopping is just minutes away and includes the Boca Town Center (10 minutes), Publix and Costco as well. There are well over a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes, the closest, Crystal Lake CC, just 2 minutes away!
