Come see our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in Chac-Hal-Al. This unit is right on the water at Puerto Aventuras Marina, and just 30 feet from the beach and pool. This unique condo offers great activity & people watching off of the extra large balcony. It has the largest balcony in Chac-Hal-Al.
It's very convenient for divers too; the boats take off right below the condo. You can watch all the yachts and fishing boats come in every day or the families swimming with dolphins. Just sitting on balcony is really a show within itself.
It is professionally decorated by US decorators that were shown on HGTV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can eat in every meal. Maid service is available as well. The closets are filled with beach towels, snorkels, masks and fins.
There are also 2 bicycles available for your use. There's a brand new TV & DVD player. In the family room, there is a CD player with CD's. The chests are filled with all types of books.
