This is a great condo, we have stayed in it the last 2 years. Everything you need is here. It is great for a large group-plenty of room. This condo is wonderful would definitely rent again. The beach is just beautiful. There is also a wonderful pool and hot tub. The building is well maintained and clean. Great place for a family vacation. We have traveled to the Gulf area for the last 24 years and Perdido Key is our favorite.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I took my inlaw on vacation with us and we booked this condo. It was nice size condo with a great view of the gulf, we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great place, great location! Spent the weekend there for a girls get away! Love how the condo is set up! Also loved being across the street from the Jelly Fish! We had so much fun!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first stay in Perdido Key. The area was very nice, as we normally stay in the Gulf Shores central area. The Palacio was the nicest place I have ever stayed. We had several first time beach goers and they are already wanting to plan "next year's" trip. Kate was more then accommodating. We would recommend this condo to anyone. The pool area was always clean. The condo had many extras that we had not expected, but enjoyed the use. The tennis courts were amazing. Many of the guys played after the sun went down and still got a great work out. The condo was very close to many grocery stores, i.e. Publix, Winn-Dixie, and a Wal-mart. We did cook a lot so that we could stay longer on the beach. We were close enough to enjoy a favorite dolphin cruise and restaurant with kids...Flipper's and Cold Mil Fleet dolphin cruises. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Enjoy!!!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed in Palacio 1006 June 30-July 7, 2012. The unit is nice and well appointed. And all the codes worked! I have stayed at several different condos on the gulf coast and had many problems with entry codes that did not work. So frustrating after a long drive. Kate answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. I would recommend this unit to other travelers.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Very large condo--many ammenities. Large tvs in every bedroom and main room. Wonderful to have 3 bathrooms--we had 4 adults and two kids so it was really nice for everyone to have their space. Owners were very accommadating and responsive to our needs. They wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Perdido Key's beaches are beautiful!! Many good restaurants around --also great to be able to watch the Blue Angels practice on the Navy base.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Palacio:
I chose to buy this unit because of the open floor plan and great location of the building. It is located just over the entrance into Perdido Key and has a great spot on the beach! The water is clear and simply beautiful yet the beach does not get too crowded. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are more well-known but Perdido Key is so close to both yet far enough away to separate itself from their crowds.
A family friend of ours owned a unit in this building and we fell in love with it. We decided to purchase our own home away from home in the same building and open it up to others so they can experience what we continue to feel every time we visit!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We bought this unit early last year and completely redid everything inside of it. We added granite counter tops, mirrored the wet bar, laid all new tile, purchased brand new furniture, appliances, electronics, decorations, utensils, stemware and much more. No one else in Palacio has put the time, effort or money that we have into this luxury unit.
The floor plan is wide-open, bright and provides the perfect feel for a vacation. Two wrap around balconies ensure that you and your family are going to have plenty of room to view the sites and sounds of the Gulf (when you are not in it of course!). The dual master suite setup is perfect for all parties but especially when two families travel down together. The children can have a room with two full beds and the pullout couch all to themselves while the adults each get their own master suite! The views are jaw-dropping, the unit is beyond anything else in this building, we provide the best service we possibly can and we offer this all at a very reasonable rate. There is no reason for you to suffer through a bad vacation, book our slice of paradise and guarantee yourself fun, sun and relaxation!
