Why the Owner Chose Palacio
I chose to buy this unit because of the open floor plan and great location of the building. It is located just over the entrance into Perdido Key and has a great spot on the beach! The water is clear and simply beautiful yet the beach does not get too crowded. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are more well-known but Perdido Key is so close to both yet far enough away to separate itself from their crowds.
A family friend of ours owned a unit in this building and we fell in love with it. We decided to purchase our own home away from home in the same building and open it up to others so they can experience what we continue to feel every time we visit!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We bought this unit early last year and completely redid everything inside of it. We added granite counter tops, mirrored the wet bar, laid all new tile, purchased brand new furniture, appliances, electronics, decorations, utensils, stemware and much more. No one else in Palacio has put the time, effort or money that we have into this luxury unit.
The floor plan is wide-open, bright and provides the perfect feel for a vacation. Two wrap around balconies ensure that you and your family are going to have plenty of room to view the sites and sounds of the Gulf (when you are not in it of course!). The dual master suite setup is perfect for all parties but especially when two families travel down together. The children can have a room with two full beds and the pullout couch all to themselves while the adults each get their own master suite! The views are jaw-dropping, the unit is beyond anything else in this building, we provide the best service we possibly can and we offer this all at a very reasonable rate. There is no reason for you to suffer through a bad vacation, book our slice of paradise and guarantee yourself fun, sun and relaxation!
Excellent local area restaurant. Good service, great prices and the food was delicious. Everything from fish to Po-Boys! Great hush puppies too!
Great little coffee shop. Excellent prices and everything tastes delicious. Baked goods are also available along with teas and other coffee house staples.
Hands down the best seafood in the area! Some of the freshest fish you will find straight from the Gulf! From surf to turf, this is the best restaurant in the area.
Great classic Mexican food with some of the best Margaritas around.

I have been vacationing in the Perdido Key, FL/Orange Beach, AL area for over 15 years now. I could tell you stories of condos we have rented that have been nothing like what the pictures shown or description promised. I have spent my fair share of time in horrible units that were not taken care of.
Our goal is too offer you a luxurious condo to stay in for an affordable price. You will not find me offering any smoke-infested, dingy units as I want you to have the best vacation possible. I can guarantee you will be in awe of how wonderful any unit I own is as I enjoy spending any chance I can relaxing in them!
I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where I have lived nearly my whole life and spend my days with my family, flying my airplane and running my businesses.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Palacio and will definitely stay in this room again. This condo was was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for two couple with kids. The two master suites made everthing even sweeter. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens.This end unit was perfect! Great views of the ocean from the balcony. Saw dolphins out swimming almost every morning. Thomas was very easy to work with and thorough with instructions. It was so nice to get a hand written letter in the mail with our deposit refund. That alone says alot about an owner! Thanks again Thomas and family for sharing your property with us. Looking forward to next year! Will definitely recommend this unit to others.

I absolutely loved our week at your condo!! This is our second stay at this unit and I just can't say enough good things about it. It is obviously beautiful. The location is Great! All of the extras, such as the luxurious linens, the completely stress free experience of reserving/check in, the view and space of balcony, etc. just add to what is already a beautiful place. I love that there are two queen size beds in one room that are perfect for Grandma, Mom and little one. And the two masters both are made for a king's stay. I would most definitely recommend to anyone! Description on website is spot on. Photos only give a hint of the beautiful decor. The owner is a pleasure to work with!! Helpful with all details from beginning to end. I so appreciate his hospitality and look forward to future stays!

Our family just returned from our vacation in Perdido Key, Flordia. We loved the area and where we stayed, Palacio. Our unit was very nice and beautifully decorated. We found some awesome places to get great seafood and also cooked out by the pool one evening which we found to be very relaxing! We have decided when we return we are going to cookout more often...you don't have leave the enjoyment of the ocean/pool area to get ready to go out, you just stay right there in your swim suits and cookout while you layout!!! We absolutely loved the condo. It was perfect for two couples with the two master suites. The rental process was easy and the condo was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We really enjoyed the amenities of the property, taking full advantage of the lap pool. What a wonderful location and condo to spend a vacation!! We had never been to Perdido Key so this was all new to us. The condo is everything and more as described in the listing. We could not have been more happy with the accomodations. We look forward to going again in the future and will recommend this property to anyone who asks about a Florida vacation. We had a fabulous time at the Palacio! The unit was absolutley amazing! The decor exceeded any of my expectations! It was very comfortable for our family of 11 (6 kids and 5 adults) we didnt feel that we were on top of each other! It was very spacious! Loved everything about this condo and Thomas was the best! He handled everything so friendly! What a amazing time, and we cant wait to go back next year!
