Access to the famous Martha's Vineyard beaches: Philbin, Children's, and Lobsterville. 15 minute walk to the charming Menemsha bike ferry which gives you access to the quaint fishing village.
The house features an upper deck with table for breakfast, lunch, and casual dinner. A screened-in porch on the lower level with table and chairs, offers a perfect setting for dessert and after dinner entertaining. Architecture is post and beam which makes for high wooden ceilings. Big skylights brighten the common areas. A fireplace warms up the room. Wooden floors through out the home. Comfortable living space for family gathering.
The master has access to upper deck through sliding door, and features a ceiling fan, along with modern bathroom with shower. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds. A kids room with four twin beds. Outdoor shower which is fantastic. Beautiful grounds. A hammock swings in the afternoon breeze.
