Why the Owner Chose Oceano
We just love the area and the availability of things to do; water sports, sand sports, local attractions, events and especially the weather. This home is so cozy and comfortable. Great for a relaxing vacation, hanging out at home in the hot tub or walking along the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this
Unique benefit is that we are within a very short walk to the beach located in a very secluded and private area of the central coast. There is nothing but the state park between our home and the beach so it is very enjoyable for nature lovers and those who enjoy privacy. If you like to be adventurous there are a multitude of things to experience here. Riding dunes in ATV, golfing, wind surfing, Hearst Castle, Solvang, wonderful dining experiences, beach bonfires....
Owner's Map of Oceano
My husband and I love the beach and love warm weather. The central coast has both and is year around 70 degrees. The beach is one of the only beaches in California that you can drive on, have picnics and bonfires to roast marshmallows in the evening. This location offers lots of fun on the famous Oceano Dunes just a short distance away and within 2 miles from Pismo Beach and 20 minutes from Paso Robles where the newest wine tasting region of California is located. There is so much to do in the area that when we go, there isn't enough time to do everything we want.
