Why the Owner Chose Branson
We currently live in Union Missouri, about 45 min SW of St. Louis and look forward to sharing our vacation home with you. When we decided to purchase our very first vacation home we wanted some place that was far enough away but close enough to use often. We also wanted someplace that had had the potential of using in Branson because it seemed to be the best of all things for us. We love the Lake, boating, tubing, swimming and our home is only 2 miles from Indian Point Marina and it is an easy commute there. You don't have to fight the traffic, you can literally be there in minutes. Boat and Jet ski Rentals, Floating Cafe, Public Use Area, Swim, Park and Picnic Area, Convenience Store and so much more. We are also less than one mile from Silver Dollar City we could walk if we wanted to. Experience the true heart and character of Branson at Silver Dollar City and it is open nearly open all year. There are so many things I love about the Branson Area. Some people say it is one of the friendliest places in the world. And I would have to agree. I hope you love Branson and Tablerock Lake as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Lodge
CK Branson Vacation Rentals Rules and Regulations:
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. 2. NON SMOKING 3. NO Pets 4. RESERVATION FEE - of $250 (non-refundable) is required at time of booking and applied towards rent. 5. FINAL PAYMENT - is due 30 days before arrival. 6. CANCELLATIONS –(60) day notice is required to receive full refund less $250 RF. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date are non-refundable. 7. DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT – of $500 is required at time of final payment and fully refundable provided: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, including excessive cleaning. b. All charges accured during stay are paid in full c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trashcans. d. All keys left on kitchen table and unit locked. e. No evidence of Smoking or Pets in unit. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- (24-30) persons per home. $100.00 per person per night for additional guest. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Include a one-time linen-towel setup and amenities. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – All linens and bath towels are provided and a washer and dryer. Towels or linens not to be taken from the units. 11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – is subject to forfeiture of payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – must be approved in writing in advance. 13. FIREWORKS AND OPEN FLAMES – No fireworks. No open flames inside or out. 14. LATE OR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS – We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and charge a $250.00 rebooking fee. Welcome to "Kenny's Willow Oak Lodge" at Tablerock Lake. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about ourselves. This is Chris and I on our wonderful trip to Mexico. After our trip we did a lot of thinking about what vacationing is really all about. Even though the trip was great.....We needed a vacation from our vacation. All the hustle and bustle, having to eat out or order out for every single meal, listening to the strangers above you or below you as well many other things can be a little overwhelming. Isn't vacation suppose to be a time of renewal, a time to reflex, rejuvenate, reunite and bond with our loved ones. A time to let go of all your worries, have fun in a new and exciting place and experience new adventures. We wanted all these things and more. So here we are we now with two vacation homes in the Branson Area that are fully furnished ready for all of our stays. All we need to do is pack our clothes. We hope that you will enjoy your stay. We also would love to hear your feedback on your stay as well as your suggestions on how we could make your vacation a more pleasant and relaxing one.

14 of us stayed here in celebration of my parent's anniversary. We loved everything about this property and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean and just as it appears in the pictures. It had lots of room, great covered patio overlooking a wooded area, good location close to Silver Dollar City, and sufficient parking.

Our family consisting of 5 families, 18 people, stayed inthe lodge for 7 days. The house was set up perfectly....had everything we needed to cook for everyone, the location was perfect to all the activities in Branson, and the house is beautiful. We had 5 cars to park and there was enough room for all of them. We had a wonderful time. This is a great lodge and getaway for families.

We had 7 couples from Wichita come to Branson for my 60th birthday party. We wanted to play golf and socialize so rather than stay in hotels, we wanted to stay together. We had a GREAT time at the lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location for Silver Dollar City & easy access to strip from alt routes. Everything we needed was there. Covered & screened deck was nice. Bathrooms for all bedrooms were great. Keypad access was also nice touch. Would return again. Beautiful home & very comfortable.

Everyone loved the spacious layout and having the privacy and comfort of their own bedroom/bathroom. The furnishings, amenities, etc., could not have been nicer!

The house was wonderful and we were amazed at the room and the multi family layout. Everyone had their own space and own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that anyone could need. The location made it easy to connect with all of the Branson activities.
