This house with large glass windows (to better see the views), is filled with light. It has high ceilings. The main floor flows out onto wrap around decks, the bottom level bedrooms go right out sliding glass doors onto a large grass lawn; and the third floor queen bedroom has its own high flung balcony. This is an ideal place for children, being the middle house on a cul-de-sac with large self contained yards both front and back.
Essex is a short drive from the quaint towns of Ipswich, Rockport, Gloucester, Manchester-by-the-sea. Salem and Newburyport, with their own colorful offerings are also close by. The North Shore's rural horse country with its rolling pastures and scenic barns is Essex's "back door."
