This family condo is located in the center of all that Orange Beach has to offer. The beautiful beach is directly across the street and restaurants, souvenir shops & Adventure Island are only a short walk away. The condo was totally remodeled in spring 2009 and is located in a small complex with only 20 units, including private covered parking. The property has a small community feel, with a pool in the center.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and its own bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bath across the hall. The den has a queen sleeper sofa and cable TV with DVD/VCR. Each room, including the den has a balcony overlooking the pool area. The balcony has a swing and chairs. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, blender, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, pots, range/oven, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave and cookbooks. A washer and dryer are also provided, as are linens. Please No Pets or Smoking.

Why the Owner Chose Romar Village
We purchased our condo in Romar Village at Orange Beach because it is within walking distance of everything Orange Beach has to offer! Our unit is in a small family friendly complex with only five buildings. Each building has 4 condos, for a total of 20. Each unit has its own covered parking. The complex also has a pool. Great picnic area and table under the trees . Great Place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays or Family reunions. Our family and friends have enjoyed the condo and hope that you will too!

Romar Village is within walking distance of Adventure Island, souvenier shops, the Dollar General, and lots of resturants. Our unit was completely updated in the spring of 2009.

Very nice, clean condo. the surrounding were quiteand relaxing. Wal Mart, Dollar Store, restuarants less than a mile from the condo. Convient to public beach. The owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She was always on hand if I had any questions or needed anything. Would highly recommend this place.

Had such a great time staying here. It was in a great location and the room was so cute. Loved all the family photos, thy just made it feel even more like home. The only thing I would change about it was there wasn't any wifi. But other than that it was excellent!

great place to stay, even with 4 other guys (bachelor party) only time spent in/at the condo was to shower and sleep. Had a great time, its in the middle of everything, not far from the flora-bama, live bait and other restaurants.

our visit was 7/4 thru 7/8. It was a last minute trip and phyllis was very kind and helpful to make sure everything went smooth. The condo was great with a beachy decor. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. This was one of the best stocked condos i have ever stayed in.We loved the beach house feel it had We enjoyed walking to the shops near by.I would recommend this condo. Our time in Orange beach was great! The condo was everything we hoped for and more! Clean and neat with easy access to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool at the condo as well...for some local cuisine check out King Neptunes in Gulf Shores! Can't wait till our next trip! Thanks again to the Butlers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo location is right across the street from the beach, located on a small property with it's own pool and plenty of parking. It has a porch swing & chairs on the balcony, decorated with a clean, bright beach theme, & has a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We think this condo is a great deal for the price.

My husband and I absolutely love the Orange Beach condo. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and of course - The Beach. The accomodations are lovely, like a home away from home. We can't wait for our next visit!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. The condo was precious and the area is very quiet. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It is a home away from home. The owner texted me the first day we got there to make sure everything was going well. We left Sunday well rested and ready to take on the work week!
