Year Purchased: 1999
We used to live on the Unit for 2 years then, we have a chance to buy another unit for a good price and now we are living in Miramar area which is 25 minutes from this one. We love to live in aventura because we felt like we were in vacation all the time and we used to run every morning around the area because the area has a running track and sometimes until the beach as well.
Why the Owner Chose Aventura
It is very easy to get to and from an airport because we are at 10 minutes to a main highway which is 95 and you got a lot of restaurants and shopping center around the area and one of the best malls in Miami that is named Aventura Mall.
The Unit is located close to Bal Harbour Beach which is one of the most fancy area in Miami I know you are going to love it every person who come here want to come back again!
