My wife and I spent a month here and were very pleased with the January weather and the accommodations. The additional bedrooms were perfect for the brief stays by our granddaughters for the obligatory Disney World visit. Everything about the townhouse and the resort was nice, and the facility staff were friendly and accommodating.. The on-site restaurant and bar were great. The tennis courts are in good condition and the hotel will loan out tennis racquets and balls if you need. Nice sandy beach with rental watercraft available. Good swimming pool. Nearby, we enjoyed casual dining at Beanies, a sports-bar-type establishment popular with the locals. We also found regular duplicate bridge games at two clubhouse locations in nearby Sun City Center that are available to non-resident visitors. We would also recommend a visit to the fantastic Ringling estate and circus and art museums in Sarasota, about an hour away.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

spent one week in this lovely, well-appointed townhouse - found everything we needed on hand to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 9 people. tastefully decorated and very comfortable. property owner was very welcoming and helpful.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had an exceptional experience with our stay at Little Harbor - perfect location, quite, and relaxing.....just what we needed. The town house was roomy, clean, and modern with all the amenities. The location was a short walk along the harbor to the private beach, pool, and the Sunset/Tiki bar. The entire environment of the area was friendly and welcoming - especially the Tiki bar. We appreciate Muriel and Pol accommodating our request to stay at their home on a short notice - they made the transaction simple and phoned/e-mailed to ensure we were comfortable. Thank-you! We'll definitely consider staying at this place again.

Muriel, Your condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. The location was ideal...beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! Plus, the fishing was wonderful!! Little Harbor has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Maybe we will get back there some day!!

This Townhome was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We stayed 8 nights over Christmas and enjoyed our time there very much. The sunsets were beautiful, the short walk to the pool and workout facilities were a plus. We would like to come back soon!

During the four days stay, we spent most of the time walking on the two private beaches, watching the most beautiful & romantic sunset, and enjoyed eating in at the condo. We were so happy to have chosen Little Harbor condo for our stay. The townhouse is clean, tidy, bright and spacious. From balconies we got to see the water, sunset, and couple of osprey nests. It was pretty neat. This place is a great place if anyone is looking to a quiet and relaxing vacation.

we stayed for 2 weeks in the resort, wich was one of my nicest holidays ever, the place is very spacious and brand new, very clean, the decoration is realy exquisite, everthing you possibily need is there very nice view from the balconies, closeby nice pools (and jacussi),restaurant,harbor and sea, very friendly people in the resort and not expensive to eat or drink or even to go jet skeeing (funny guy) Outside the resort, not far to go shopping in big outled stores (shop till you drop!)supermarkets very closeby, and amusement parks also not far. We are already making plans to go back !! we love America ! Mieke and Wesley

We have stayed in this townhome twice now with our 3 kids. The home is beautiful and big. It is right next to the condos that has one of the pools and the spa. The home is within easy walking distance to the boat slips,restuarant, other pool, etc.. We dealt with the owners directly and we had no problems with accessing the home or getting our deposit back. We plan to stay there again next year.
