Located inside the Bayside Resort community this “recreational campus” will provide your family with a relaxing, fun, and memorable escape. Spend time lounging poolside or in the 20 person hot tub, playing tennis, fishing in one of the stocked ponds, playing basketball, enjoying the exercise room, playing volleyball, or watching your younger kids enjoy the “splash zone” or carousel. The centerpiece of this community is an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature award winning golf course, sure to challenge golfers of all levels. Fun for all ages is the outdoor theatre which offers numerous productions and entertainment throughout the summer. The community pier and nature trails provide a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty that Bayside has to offer. A free shuttle to the beach is available for those who want to enjoy the Delaware shore line.
A king size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, a day bed in the den and a pop up trundle bed will provide plenty of space for up to 6 people. The screened in porch is a great place to unwind after a fun day of activities. The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV, and central air conditioning provide all of the comforts of home.

Year Purchased: 2009
My wife Kristina and I live in southern New Hampshire and enjoy all that a suburban life has to offer. Our weekends are often filled with gardening and splitting wood. While Kristina has summers off, she is a 5th grade teacher in a nearby school district, I am not so lucky and continue working at my sales job. We hope that you and your family enjoy your time off at our condo as much as Kristina and I do.
Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island
Kristina and I decided to buy a condo in the Bayside Resort Community because we always had so much fun when we were at my parent's place in Bayside. When we weren't relaxing by the pool we were able to play nearly any sport we wanted. Fishing and crabbing were great morning or evening activities. The restaurants in the area are some of our favorites and we can't leave Bayside without having the ribs at Nick's House of Ribs. The outdoor theatre has provided great evening entertainment. What Bayside allows us to do is be as active as we want all while enjoying what is most important, our family.
