My wife Kristina and I live in southern New Hampshire and enjoy all that a suburban life has to offer. Our weekends are often filled with gardening, cooking, and traveling. While Kristina has summers off, she is a 5th grade teacher in a nearby school district, I am not so lucky and continue working at my sales job. We hope that you and your family enjoy your time off at our condo as much as Kristina and I do.
Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island
Kristina and I decided to buy a condo in the Bayside Resort Community because we always had so much fun when we were at my parent's place in Bayside. When we weren't relaxing by the pool we were able to play nearly any sport we wanted. Fishing and crabbing were great morning or evening activities. The restaurants in the area are some of our favorites and we can't leave Bayside without having the ribs at Nick's House of Ribs. The outdoor theatre has provided great evening entertainment. What Bayside allows us to do is be as active as we want all while enjoying what is most important, our family.

Columbus Day 2011 Getaway

Our family of five stayed at Kyle and Kristina's condo for a long weekend from Oct. 8th to the 10th. The weather was spectacular and the condo was spacious, very clean and nicely decroated. The condo had all of the amentities of home; grantite countertop, stainless steel appliances and tiled bathrooms. Everyone had their own room and by the end of our stay, we were sad to leave. The Bayside community, eventhough the pool was closed, had many activities going on during the weekend. We saw a movie under the stars on Sunday night and ate smores and popcorn. We were able to spend a day at both Fenwick Island State Park and Bethany Beach. We had a great time at both beaches and were even able to swim in the ocean. We were so glad to have this opportunity to stay at their condo and spend one last weekend at the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and the Bayside community. Communication with Kyle was seemless and he quickly responded to all our needs. He provided many recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other activities. If you are looking for a beautiful condo that is close to many activities and beaches, look no further!

What a lovely condo, in an equally gorgeous location. It was everything we hoped for and more—and the location, perfect. The unit is so pretty and tastefully furnished, immaculate, so comfortable and cozy! Kyle is gracious and wonderful to work with as well. You will not be disappointed. Really. We have (finally) found our summer place to stay! Thank you Kyle and Kristina! I want to hug you both!

We stayed at Kyle and Kristina's condo at Bayside over Memorial Day weekend. Our experience was outstanding! The Condo: The condo itself is pristine. It's well appointed with just about everything you would need, including fully equipped, granite and stainless steel kitchen. Decor is very nice and clearly new to the condo. Definitely top-quality accommodations here! It's on the 2nd floor, with the entrance just steps from the elevator. There's also covered garage parking. The master bedroom is HUGE, including a large walking closet and enormous master bath with granite counter tops and large walk-in shower. There's also a large open space in the master that's large enough for a pack-and-play/portable crib. The other bedroom is a good size (2 twin beds) and the den has a twin bed with pullout trundle bed. The other bathroom is also a good size (granite here too). There's also a full-size washer/dryer in unit, which is a nice touch. The condo building is just steps from the main recreation center/pool, and a short walk to the Cove/Freeman stage area near the entrance to Bayside (more on the property next). Bayside Property: This was our first time to Bayside and we were really impressed. While I didn't have a chance to play golf, the course looks beautiful (and challenging). The had a circus at the Freeman stage on Saturday afternoon that the kids just loved. Best part - it was free (which I loved)! The rec center is really, really nice, and includes tennis courts, basketball court, open area for sports and two beach volleyball courts. We spent most of our time at the pool! The pool area features a main pool, which was very nice and heated just enough (but not too much so that it wasn't refreshing). It also includes an amazing "Splash Zone" for the kids. Our kids (ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 absolutely LOVED the splash zone and spend literally hours having fun here. We didn't get to the beach, but they have a shuttle that goes back and forth every hour. Bayside has a great family-friendly feel to it, and in some ways felt like a throw-back to simpler times. At the same time, there's plenty for parents/adults to enjoy as well!

This condo is wonderful! Beautifully and comfortably furnished, with extra amenities offered by the Bayside community...it all made for a fantastic beach vacation. Kyle was amazing to work with - very responsive and helpful and clearly concerned with making sure his guests have a great vacation. Kyle and Kristina do it right. From their timely correspondence to immaculate and beautifully furnished condo, they are the best owners I've ever rented from. Their condo is incredibly comfortable down to the niceties such as hand soap at the sinks and a great selection of board games. It's is a lickety-split walk to the pool and splashzone and the playground and carousel were a big hit with our kids. Bayside is a beautiful, peaceful, and delightful community that I hope to return to again and again.

My daughter keeps asking to go back to the elevator house. She loved the Carosel the best of course adn the pools and splash zone were great. My boys loved riding there bikes around. There was so much to do we didn't get time to do everything. We hope to come back again. We loved the location was a quick drive to the beaches and boardwalk. The owners were the nicest to rent from and the place was clean and new. Thank you!!!

Wow, that was the first thought as we entered the place, very clean and organized. Kyle and Kristen were very helpful through out the process and followed up to make sure everything went well.
