Absolutely one of the most beautiful beaches in an extremely convenient location. Enjoy the view of the beach and pool area from your private 3rd floor (top floor) balcony and watch the playful dolphins which cruise by regularly. Park your car in the private lot and just leave it because you won't need it. Coligny Plaza, known as the "downtown" of Hilton Head Island is directly across the street and boasts of 60 shops which include: restaurants, taverns, grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, pharmacy, internet cafe, ice cream, movies, upscale and souvenir shopping. There are spas and mini golf and a kids water park is within walking distance. Fishing, golf and tennis are abundant. Don't forget to visit the infamous Tiki Bar just 1 minute down the beach for refreshments, volleyball and live music.
We have just purchased this condo 4/09 and because it is new to the rental market, we are offering it at a discount this year. It is nicely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, clean and cozy. It has 2 TV's, vcr & dvd and has all the comforts of home. There is a queen bed, bunk beds and a queen pull out sofa bed. ALL LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING ARE INCLUDED.
