Our home has been totally updated/renovated with new kitchen, new carpeting, skylights, central air conditioning, wireless internet access, flat screen TV and new furniture. It is located in the highly desirable yacht club neighborhood of Beach Haven on a great, family friendly block. It has a fully fenced, grass yard perfect for children along with an enclosed outdoor shower. We have a bonus/TV room with tile floor and futon which provides a secondary TV/family room-perfect for kids!!
We are located 2 1/2 blocks to a wide beach; close to public tennis, mini golf. There is easy access to all Beach Haven amenities including the Surflight Theater, Bay Village and Thundering Surf water park. The neighborhood is perfect for biking, jogging, rollerblading and is peaceful at night.

In season rentals are for one week minimum, Sat to Sat rental periods
Off season: 1200 weekly, 700 weekend, two night min @350 (or 700 if weekend)
Early summer: 2500 weekly, 800 weekend. 3 night min @950 (or 650 if 3 weeknights)
Summer high season: $3150 weekly. one week minimum
early fall: $2550 weekly. one week minimum
$500 security deposit on all rentals, $125 cleaning fee.
Personal check or money order. 50% deposit and signed lease to book home.
All deposits are nonrefundable, cancellations must be in writing.

Year Purchased: 2006
My husband's family has owned a home in Beach Haven since the 1950's. What began as a summer residence turned into year round retirement living for his grandparents. My husband has been coming since he was in diapers and has passed on his love of sand between the toes to me. While his mother continues to summer in Beach Haven, we purchased this home as an adventure and an investment. We love sharing our knowledge and passion for Beach Haven with friends and new acquaintances. My teen daughter says she begins to relax when our car is crossing the causeway!
Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven
Beach Haven offers something for everyone! Fishing, surfing, swimming, professional theater, shopping and nightlife. It is in close proximity to Philadelphia, and New York making weekend getaways possible. In addition, there is a stable multi-generational community allowing us to forge long lasting friendships rather than a completely transient resort town.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Beach Haven varies in width and our neighborhood is only a few block wide, making it walkable to both beach and bay. It is close to the center of town, but is essentially residential which means no crowds at night, no parking nightmares, no rowdy party houses! We recommend bringing (or renting) bikes, and you will see all ages biking everywhere in this neighborhood-the teenagers even bike with surfboards! The beach is wider and less congested than the area populated with guests of the hotels/motels/condo's in the center of town.

My family (of 3) has stayed here 3 times already and are booked again for 2012. This home is truly a great vacation home, with it's prime location, easy walking distance to beach and bay for crabbing. The home is clean and very family friendly. Just as advertised if not better. Plenty of room as this home offers 4 bedrooms. We love it. We rent bikes nearby and have a great time biking the entire trip. We have a toddler and this house is only a short distance from Fantasy Island and the Water Park, mini golf, dining etc., all of which we truly enjoy. We typically book for June and September as these months are really a wonderful time to visit Long Beach Island. We avoid the "in-season" crowds but still get the beneifts this wonderful place has to offer. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. We are always so happy to be there and look forward to going back each time. The property owners are always accommodating and responsive to our inquiries and needs.

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 children) arrived for a fall weekend and to visit family in the area. We found the neighborhood great for a fall stay. There were other families out in the neighborhood, jogging, biking etc so even though the town was in the "off season" it did not feel empty like some off season destinations. The house clean, nicely decorated and totally as advertised. The owners answered any questions we had prior to arrival. Beach Haven was quiet yet fun for a fall weekend. A small, but good selection of restaurants were open. There were some Halloween festivities in town for younger kids. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely rent this again. Maybe we'll try the summer next!

This house was great. Suitable for two families of 4 (each). Air conditioning available but not always needed given bay breezes! Owner provides lots of good information about area attractions and was quick to respond/fix the outdoor showere which wasn't on when we arrived. Walk to the beach, jog through the neighborhood, or drive downtown to the attractions (which you can also walk to but with two toddlers....we knew better!!) Beds were super comfortable and the kids loved the extra TV room....in fact that is the only place they would watch TV!! Highly recommend to families!!

I really loved this house it was in a great location. It was like walking into a magazine, decorated perfectly. Very spacious and a nice fenced in back yard for this kids to play. I rented for the winter and was very happy with this rental. The owners were very helpful and great people. I highly recommend renting this house.

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. Owners were nice and responsive. The house is quite lovely (better in person than in pictures!) and the location was great.

This house was perfect for our family. There were 4 adults and 3 children under the age of three, and this house couldn't have been in a more perfect location. We were within 5 minutes of the waterpark, amusement park, mini golf, shopping and playgrounds. You can be at the bay in a 2 minute walk and the ocean in a 5 minute walk. The fenced in year was awesome and the renovations look great. We would definitely come and stay at this house again.

We stayed here in April. It is a beautiful home. It has been completely updated with new furnishings and a beautiful kitchen. The pictures don't do this house justice. Go visit this home and see a fenced in yard (great for kids). I would definetly recommend this home to a good friend. The owner is friendly and very welcoming.
