This recently updated and remodeled condo has "vacation getaway" as its motivation. We placed this top floor unit on the market two years ago and hope you enjoy it. Virtually all furnishings are new or only a year old! The southwestern inspired decor reminds you that this is a beautiful and distinct part of the country. The condo was designed for functionality and priced for value oriented travelers while maintaining a comfort rating of "superior."
Inside the unit you will find ceiling fans in all the rooms or A/C when the weather dictates. Extra linens are provided so you can always choose to cool off in the pool which is just around the corner. A chill in the air? Start a cozy fire in the fireplace. Watch a movie on the new flat screen TV or in the comfort of your bedroom. Then go and unwind in the hot tub before bed or in the morning with your favorite beverage.
Opportunities to escape, unwind and enjoy the quiet serenity of your vacation abound at this intimate complex. Four Golf courses are less than 2 miles away! If exploring the greater Phoenix area is a part of your visit then you can find it just minutes away.
The complex is conveniently located to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town, Casino Arizona, Scottsdale Stadium, Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, Desert Botanical Gardens, Heard Museum, professional sports complexes, Camelback Mountain and downtown Tempe, Glendale or Phoenix to name a few destinations.
IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Many of these attractions are only 1/2 to 3 miles away! Two blocks away you will find a grocery store, Starbuck's, eateries, sports bars and restaurants. Don't forget to go tubing on the Salt River!

Nice pool and hot tub. Unit is mostly clean but not spotless. All decorated nicely except one bedroom. We mostly did not like closeness of all other units, and is not what I call a Vacation Rental. Is OK for a brief short stay. Seemed to be many younger working people and some young families. Units are not very well-sound proofed. Also note the rates for a WEEK. This is misleading as what they call a week is ONLY 6 nights, and not like a weekly rental which is normally 7 nights as from Saturday to Saturday, for example. No iron nor hairdryer but washer & dryer in unit is very nice. Two blocks from Scottsdale Road made it convenient to reach other places.
Owner response:We always look for advice to improve ALL travelers needs. Already placed new iron and hairdryer in unit as soon as we heard. A condo complex is available to owners and short stay travelers. While some treat it as their place of residence, others enjoy the ability to relax as well as get up and go. As our unit resides in a smaller complex we feel the noise factor is minimal when compared with larger facilities and does make for a relaxing atmosphere that is most satisfactory. Since everyone has their own personal preferences we try to meet the needs to as many as possible, knowing that we can not make it the perfect place for all. We do hope that it suits most, if not everyone's vacation plans through the creation of a relaxing southwest environment as pleasing as you will find in the "Valley of the Sun".

My husband & I spent the month of Feb. 2010 in this location, it was a fantastic location, clean and modern condo with all the conveniences needed. This was our first experience renting a condo from VRBO and would not hesitate to do it again or recommend it to another guest.
