Come to the beach, relax and enjoy our spacious 3 bedroom - 2½ bath cottage.
We have a spacious home located on Rhea Drive inside Oceanside Village. Oceanside Village is a gated community with 24 hour security. Cottage has been recently remodeled and completely furnished. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, china, silverware and cooking utensils. Dining table will seat six. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths with linens and towels furnished. Washer and dryer for cleaning linens and towels. TVs with cable are located in the Family Room and two of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has double bed. Both full baths have shower stalls.
From our front deck you can view one of the lakes located within the community property. Ducks, swans, herrings and other birds are always around. It is only a short walk to our private beach access. Beside the beach access is the oceanside Conch Cafe'.
There are basketball, boccee ball, tennis and volleyball courts available on-site. Rental golf carts are available for community use for licensed drivers. Over 75 golf courses within easy driving distance. There is live entertainment, shopping malls, water parks, flea markets, theme park, dinner theaters, mini golf and over 1500 restaurants in the area.
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an
adult guardian or parent.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
A security deposit is due at time of booking and refundable by USPS after departure. Payment in full is due 21 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Weekly dates are from Sunday to Sunday.
All rentals are subject to a $75.00 cleaning fee.
