Beautiful waterfront view with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Great backyard for sun bathing and BBQ. It has a large wood dock with bench seating to relax or fish off of. The river it is on has a beautiful sidewalk running along side of it leading to the park down town New Port Richey. It is a very relaxing experience.

Property has a dock with a boat lift that will handle up to a 24' 11,000lbs boat. All overlooking a beautiful pool and the Cottee river.

Wal-mart is less than a mile away. There are 4 riverside restaurants within 1/2 mile by car or 1/4 mile by boat. Hooters, Crab Shack, Fattie & Mables and Catches. Kayak and Boat rentals are 1/4 mile away.

Green Key Beach is 3 miles from the house.

  • King Bed: The home has a master bedroom with a king bed; a second bedroom with a single and a full sized bed, a third bedroom with two singles, a fourth bedroom with one full and room for a queen-sized blow up mattress ( if you choose to provide one); and a 5th small bedroom off of the fourth room with a sofa sleeper and a twin bed. This fifth room has a door leading outside and another door leaing into the fourth bedroom. Towels, linens, and dishes for 12 are provided. 8 beach towels are provided. One day supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc are provided. After that, it is up to the renter to provide these items.

  • What a wonderful home to spend our family vacation in! The whole family (from ages 68 - 1 yr) enjoyed the pool, pool table, and hot tub. Mo and his family (the owners) were very hospitable. They took our family out on their boat 3 times and made us the most FABULOUS barbeque ribs ever for dinner one night!!! It was very nice having them live next door, we could ask questions about the area, places to eat or go and if there were any problems - they were there immediately. My only suggestion is that the kitchen be stocked with some larger frying pans and a strainer for larger families. All in all it was a great experience and vacation. Thanks Mo!   • We were lucky enough to have been able to stay for 9 days during July 2009. The home more than met our expectations. Clean, spacious and convient. My parents who live in the area were able to visit daily and I was able to "cook" for them, something I really cherish and not able to do often as we live in California. Mo and his family were great, always available if we had questions. Our boys (6 & 8) really enjoyed playing with their young son. The July 4th firworks display was awsome and unforgetable. Do I sound happy? Absolutely delighted. We are looking forward to another visit in January/February and hope the home will be available. Of course we will try again for next July. Thanks again Mo.
