Located directly on the water with a large covered porch, large open deck and boat house with boat slip. The inside is brightly colored with two rooms up and one down. Large open living area with tile floor throughout the down stairs. Easy to clean up. The attached pictures say it all.
This house is a great place for friends and family to gather for a fun filled weekend. We are located just down the street from Arley center. Arley has two grocery stores and several restaurants. A boat launch is available just min down the road. A large area for parking is located above the house.
Duncun Bridge Marina is approx 10-15 min by boat and 10 min by car.

Thank you guys for allowing us to enjoy your home! We all had a great time! Our son (the b'day boy) enjoyed it so much that he decided he didn't want to rent a boat and he didn't want to leave!! Wish we were back there now!!! Very cozy and we loved the pictures!! Hope to get back soon!!!
