Gobbler's Mountain Resort - closest resort to Tablerock Lake, is offering its owner's quarters to Branson area vacationers. When visitors see the view from the screened in porch the most common comment is, "If I had this view I would never leave!"
Entry and parking is ground level from the rear to allow 40 feet of glass front to a screened-in porch, view of Table Rock Lake. The owner's quarters has a large, full kitchen, dining area, living area, 3 bedrooms, and an 8' by 12', large 2 sink bathroom. A private Bar-B-Que area off the screened in porch has steps that lead down to the play ground area of the resort. The resort has only 9 units - the owner's quarters would share the use of the 12 stall dock for fishing and swimming, 5 year old pool, resort store, towel and linen exchange, game room, pontoon and boat rental, and all other resort amenities. The owners, who have recently built a house, are on-site in the store (below the owner's quarters) from 9 AM - 8 PM daily. Year Purchased: 1988
Al, Cathy, and Juli (our 11 year old daughter - mother, daughter pictured here when we both donated our hair) Morton have owned and operated Gobbler's Mountain Resort for 20 years. We recently were able to build a house near by and are now offering our former, 20 year home for rent. We love living on Table Rock Lake and all the friends we've made from being in the resort business for over 20 years. Our former home - owner's quarters is spacious, well equipped, and anyone will love the view.

You'll have all of the amenities of Gobbler's Mountain resort including the pool, dock, boat rental, store, and ame room (there is another bathroom in the gameroom.)
