This was our first stay in New Mexico. The pictures don't do the home justice. Everything in it is fresh and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen with its high quality appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the front and back porch during the mornings and evenings. The quiet neighborhood is fairly new with large homes and a lot of open space. We also liked our morning runs with the many rolling hills. We found groceries, restaurants, shopping and a fitness center no more than 10-15 minutes away. Hiking within a reasonable driving distance can be found at the Sandia Mountains and the Santa Fe National Forest. I would definitely recommend this home to friends who wish to visit this part of New Mexico. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great house in a great location. It has all the conveniences of home. We stayed for a month, and used it as home base for visiting family and friends. The half acre lot was ideal for our 50 lb. Dalmatian, and we appreciated being able to bring him. We enjoyed the front and back seating areas and used them a lot. There is also a great "pet resort" just five minutes away which we used numerous times. We would highly recommend this home.

We just ended our month long stay. We loved our stay and loved the house! Beautiful home and perfect location. We felt as if we were home away from home. You are surrounded by very large upscale homes in a very safe neighborhood. It is so very quiet! Owners are just wonderful and will be there for you if you have any questions. We are here to stay now every year when we come out. Close to everything you need. Perfect to every location.

This was a beautiful home in a great location just 10 minutes from Cottonwood Mall. I was delighted by the quality of the home and the back yard was the perfect place for my 3 year old to run around (far better than the halls of a hotel). My teenager loved the Wi-Fi connection and the spacious bedrooms where perfect for all 6 of us. The convenience of having a full kitchen was great as well.

We rented this Rio Rancho home for four nights in April 2011. We were attending a wedding in Rio Rancho, so we needed a place close to the festivities. It turns out it's only 25 minutes or so from Albuquerque, so still close to all the sites. The furnishings are very high quality, from the granite countertops to the appliances, to the pots and pans in the kitchen. It is stocked with everything you need. It is definitely not your typical rental....it felt like home - all the dishes matched and the furniture was not second-hand or mis-matched like you often find in a rental. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. The price is equivalent to a hotel, but you get 2000 feet of space, so renting this home is definitely the best option. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to NM.

This home is well maintained, well equipped, and perfectly served the needs of my extended family for a week in Rio Rancho. The landscaping is barren, but the April winds were howling and we did not want to be outside anyway. I would rent this home again without a second thought.

I am a native New Mexican who has lived all over the state including Santa Fe. We really enjoyed this home. You don't have to be traveling from out of state to get the full benefits of staying here. My daughter was playing in the state volleyball tournament at the Santa Ana Star Center and we were literally minutes from there. My husband was able to hop over to the Santa Ana Casino while the "girls" enjoyed the Cottonwood Mall. I was able to get into Albuquerque easily and loved the quiet safe feeling of the neighborhood. On my way to our first event I was surrounded by beautiful hot air ballons and the kids loved it! I will not stay in a hotel again when returning to Albuquerque! My only question....Can I reserve for next year's tournament????

We visited the ABQ area for the first time in 2008. We stayed in Rio Rancho in 2009. The internet pictures don't do the home justice. The price was excellent. When we got there we found the house to be surrounded by larger and expensive homes in a quiet neighborhood. There are many empty lots in the area but that just makes it less crowded. Its also easier to go for walks. Rio Rancho is growing so fast that oftentimes side roads are not paved, but they are well kept and this poses absolutely no inconvenience. The house is located close to highway 528 which is a main highway which leads right into ABQ. All the conveniences are located off of 528. The house itself is basically new (about 5 yrs). The layout is open plan with split bedrooms. The bathrooms are spacious. The family room/dining/kitchen area is great for entertaining. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel and it has all the utensils one can need. The owner (and his rep) were very responsive, we appreciated it. We enjoyed our vacation; wish we could have stayed longer. The mountain view out the front door was beautiful. We would definetly come back. Would recommend this property to anyone.

"We stayed for two months and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. the layout was especially niecewhen we had guests stay with us because the master suite is seperate from the other bedrooms. The views are great of the Sandia Mountains. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions. It was a great experiance. We'd stay here again without any qualms.
