Why stay in just another beach house? Just 16 houses from the Santa Monica Pier. This ultra modern 3,500 sq. foot house offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sauna and game room! Tons of California sunshine pours in through the huge, centrally located skylights, situated above the indoor staircase (made of rubber stairs with metal railings and see-through metal gratings) which allows easy access to all three levels of the house. In addition, you'll find a bright yellow spiral staircase on the beach side exterior, inviting you to move from one beach front patio to another (complete with plush couches/chairs, outdoor dining table, BBQs etc.). Architecture enthusiasts will love this house!
Even the large open air kitchen (with wrap around granite counter top) has spectacular ocean views! Kitchen also includes "Instant Hot" water spout, in addition to the specially filtered water found throughout the house. All the bedrooms have huge closets (master has two walk in closets) and spacious bathrooms. Specialty baths include: Master bath which has a heart-shaped tub and stand up shower, plus vanity with "hers" sink. First floor bathroom has beautiful sauna attached. Washer/Dryer located in basement.
On the first floor (beach level) you'll find a Game Room! Complete with Foosball, Shuffleboard and Nintendo Wii entertainment system & games.
Additional information: 3 flat screen TVs, 4 car garage, 2 beach cruiser bikes, 2 BBQs and personal concierge service to help plan your trip! We also offer Limo service to take you to and from the airport.
This house is in an unbeatable location! There are endless destinations/ sightseeing attractions, shopping, dining etc. that are all walking distance from the house. Anything in Santa Monica and Venice is walking distance. If you are planning on leaving Santa Monica, you will probably want to rent a car. Your personal concierge will be happy to answer any related questions.
