Beautiful condo, espectacular view, roomy and confortable, great gym and spa. We really enjoyed the beach, and spending tlime with our kids in the pool area. The tennis court was great too!.

From the moment I saw Lahia on VRBO, I was set on staying there. It seems impossible, but the real thing was even more amazing than the photos. My family of four – with 2 teenagers – loved everything about this place. From the virtually private beach, to the fantastic fajita lunches (served on the beach), to a view that was simply amazing – Lahia delivered. No need to rent a car – the bus stops right out front, but if you do rent, you park right beside your private elevator. Each morning, my son got up early and we went up to the gym that looks out over the sea from the top floor of the Condo – you’ve never had a workout like that, trust me. As has been said, the bartenders (ours was Kelly) are so nice and they’ll bring you your drinks right on the beach. Food and drinks are really cheap. One thing we learned fairly late in our trip is that if you walk just a short distance south on the beach, to the other side of the point (past Club Med), the snorkelling right of the beach was as good as the snorkeling tour we went on in Puerto Moreles. The only bad part of the whole trip was the last day – we didn’t want to leave. If you are looking for an amazing and relaxing experience, away from the hustle of an all inclusive, look no further. We’re already planning our next trip.

I did not even know that there is a great snorkeling place a little south of the beach, I have walked toward the south part before, but just to the rock point by Club Med. I am very excited that I can go just a little futher south to snorkel, I am sure that my three kids will love it. Thank you for sharing all the great tips! I have to share my tip of where to find the perfect coconut drinks, right by the front of the building, all those coconuts are full of juice and they are all very sweet. Our family trip to Lahia-Cancun

We stepped off the elevator into this absolutely beautiful condo. The pictures really don't do it justice. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing place to stay. Fully equipt kitchen, laundry facilities, three large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets.WiFi internet! Large towels for the beach and all the linens you need for your stay. We absolutely love the location on the south end of the Hotel Zona. It is very quiet here. Taking the bus to the restaurants is cheap and easy to use. There is a breakfast buffet just two buildings down at the Weston Hotel. It is rather expensive, but wonderful! We did get groceries from the downtown Wal-mart to make some meals and have fruit and yogurt for breakfast to save some meal costs. Susan's condo manager, Jolio told us about a little place walking distance away to buy fish taco's really cheap. Worth the walk to just see this place and the taco's were good! JC Captain is also walking distance away and has great food and you sit outside on a dock. It was a beautiful evening watching the sunset on the lagoon. What more can I say! Can't wait to go back! This was our first family trip with our married children. They absolutely loved it too. Oh, I can't forget the great people that work here also. Geraldo (Jerry) was our personal bartender at the swim up bar. We really enjoyed his great sense of humor. We wanted to take him home with us!! He said it would be too cold in Minnesota for him. :~) Thank you Susan...you are a beautiful person too! We will be back.....

Cancun condo that was fantastico!

This condo and complex are amazing! The pictures do not do justice to how large this condo is and the great views. We were six adults and had more than enough room to work together in the kitchen, or hang out in our own rooms. The complex itself is extremely nice. The gym area is state of the art and offers you amazing views while you workout. The Spa is very nice and the prices are amazing - 80 minutes for $35 US. Unheard of where I am from. The pool appears to be heated and is just the right temperature. The beach is worth the trip alone. Great sand and surf. The small lunch grill is great and we tried almost every item and everything was delicious. This condo is located at the far end of the Hotel Zone (which we knew) but the trolley buses come often and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus to take us to where we wanted to go. Another plus of being at the very end of the hotel zone is that the beach is very quite and secluded compared to the other sections in Cancun. We also highly recommend providing a shopping list to the owner/manager as they will have the condo stocked for a very small fee, plus the cost of the groceries. The owner is wonderful to work with and we are repeat renters with her. She is very professional and makes sure that all your questions are answered. If there are any issues she is quick to respond and make things right when she can do so. We will definitely do business again - I just wish it was sooner rather than later!!!! Only negative - This complex has security which is great. However, the security cards for the elevator kept malfunctioning. Depending on your plans for coming and going and if you had small children this could have been problematic. I will point out that this is not within the owners control as it is the buildings issue. But she did help us get things back on track when this issue occurred.

The BEST vacation spot EVER!!

I can't tell you how great this place is. This was our second time back. Freddy, the property manager, picks you up at the airport with a big smile. He checks you in and helps you with your bags. It may sound like no big deal to some but I can tell you he is great! When the elevator door opens and you are staring at the blue water you feel like you are in heaven. The location is probably the best. It is right at the turn around for bus service. About $ .50 cents and you can go just about anywhere. What's really neat is that at night you are the last drop off and it is right in front of Lahia. It couldn't be in a better place. A nice little lunch menu is served by the pool and this year they added a swim up bar. The security is awesome. The pool is huge and the beach is beautiful. And I have never seen a place kept so clean. You have to see it to believe it. People are working aroud the clock in order to make the place perfect day after day. Susan, the property owner, is very nice and helpful. She is easy to contact and always replys ASAP. Not only will I be returning next year. This will definately be my vacation choice year after year.

We rented the condo March 6 - 13 2009.  The condo is absolutly beautiful and Franky (property manager) was excellent to deal with.  The condo actually is better than the photos could possibly depict.  Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival.  Basically everything you need is avaialble in the unit....so just pack your bag and show up.  The condo unit was absolutly beautiful and tastefully decorated with a modern flare....but the best part about this property is the beach and the pool.  The beach is one of the largest and nicest in Cancun....we checked out the beaches at other high end resorts further north and they were all packed (with people) and very narrow.  The beach in front of the condo is at least four times widder and 100 times less busy then all of the beaches further north!  On a busy day there were maybe 10 - 15 people (including us) on the beach in front of the building and at the pool.....we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!!!   For some people the distance from the main part of the strip will be bothersome....for us it was fine....and was actully nice to be able to get away from the party and relax!!  We rented a car while we were there so getting around was not an issue (having a secured underground parcade was excellent....the elevator from the parkade takes you directly to the unit!) and if you wanted to drink and not worry about driving, taxi's were readily available and shuttles stoped right in front of the building.  We have stayed in all-inclusives before but after this experience we'll never go back!  In the mornings we'd make smoothies in the blender and have a quick b-fast on the balcony then head down to the pool and beach. (Wal-mart for groceries and liqour in town is an excellent choice for all your needs....but stock up on the first day.)  The pool bar has a small menu with snacks and sandwiches which we utilized frquently....prices were more than reasonable and food was good.  In the evenings we would usually head down to the strip for dinner....although a couple of evenings we ordered pizza.   All in all we had a great experience and really had nothing to complain about.  Susan the property owner was great to deal with and very accomodating.  We would definately reccomend this condo to anyone and can't wait to go back!  We spent a month last year in the Mayan Riviera and wish that we had found this place sooner. This rental was very good. Have been to Cancun many times, this was the best. Spacious condo w/nice furnishings and very well maintained. The beach here is the best in Cancun. Swimming pool is huge, great shallow pool area for kids to play in. Best part of staying in this condo is that you don't have to fight the crowds for the beach or pool chairs. Much more comfortable than staying in one of the hotels. Security was good. Very cool feature is that the elevator opens directly to the condo. The owner was very easy to work with. Next time in Cancun this will be our #1 choice. Scott - Boulder, CO

We really enjoyed our our stay at this property. The beach is beautiful, the property is brand new, and the condo was fantastic. The property owner was great to work with and we are excited to go back again. If you are looking for luxury at one of the most beautiful beaches, stay here.
