Complete view of water anywhere on main floor. Master bedroom has queen bed, large walk in closet, jetted tub and separate shower in bath. Private access to deck from master bedroom. Downstairs features a sitting area with wet bar, TV, and game console. Second bedroom has queen bed and a twin bed with large walk in closet. Third Bedroom has two full size beds and a TV. Fourth bedroom has three bunk beds(sleeps 6) and a large walk in closet. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Beautiful two story deck overlooking water with walkway to a deck and the dock. Dock is large enough to park three boats and two jet skis. Pontoon Boat available for rent. House is the Paces Bluff subdivision which is a gated community with a private boat launch, community pool and tennis courts. There are also multiple walking trails around. Perfect house for a multi-family getaway!

Why the Owner Chose Dadeville
Our vacation home is secluded with the luxury of being close to civilization. With over five restaurants within six miles from the house, you have the option to cook or go out for the night. Grocery stores and fast food are also within eight miles. If you want to do a little shopping, Auburn, Alex City, and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course are only a 20 minute drive. This is the ideal location by land as well as by water. Being tucked away with barrier islands around is the perfect place for skiing, innertubing, riding jet skis, or just achoring without the traffic of the main lake. However, if you want to head to Chuck's marina for pizza or to the Cove for Dinner, it is only a short boat ride away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The peaceful surroundings and the sound of the stream in the distance, the deck is the perfect place to lay in the hammock and enjoy nature. In early morning hours you may see a deer or two along with a few turkeys. The fire pit is a perfect gathering place after a long day on the lake to relax, grill out, and cook smores. There is plenty of yard to play a game of football or horseshoes while waiting for dinner to cook. An easy walk to the pier will also give you a quiet place in the evenings to just ENJOY!
