Beautiful "Palms of Destin" is located in midtown Destin.
You will love the newest resort in Destin for many reasons and I will try to name a few. How about a huge lagoon pool, a huge hot tub, a childrens pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and Trader Vics resturant on site. The resort also has shuttles going to the "Henderson Park State Beach" that leave every fifteen minutes during the season.
This is the newest and grandest location in all of Destin and the gulf coast and you will have a great time spending your vacation at this resort. First of all is the resorts central location to most everything from you would want to do including shopping, fishing, dining, golf and amusement parks. You can walk to Landry's Seafood, Joe's Crab Trap, Ruby Tuesday's and Hooters. You can also walk to the city park or the beach.
The unit itself has flat panel plasma TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. The unit has two full baths and has a very open floor plan and nicely furnished. We also like the close proximity to the elevator from both units ease of getting around the facility.

Year Purchased: 2007
Name is David Temples. I came to Destin for the first time while in college (SMU) in 1980 and fell in love with the town of Destin and it's beautiful surroundings. From that first visit I could never seem to get back quick enough and those feelings have not changed almost thirty years later.
Bought a home in 1998 and still have it. It's located in Emerald Shores of Destin. Purchased the condo in "Palms of Destin" in 2005 during pre-construction and the resort was actually finished in the spring of 2008.
Why the Owner Chose Palms of Destin
We bought these units because we love the location in Destin and the ease of getting around. We also fell totally in love with the lagoon pool and grounds. You will think you are in Hawaii or the Caribbean once you arrive.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy being able to walk to several resturants during the busy season and we also like the on site resturant "Trader Vics". Other great amenities are the lagoon pool, tennis courts and the fitness center.
The location of the resort is best due to it's proximity to all things in the area. It is close to the warf, resturants, shopping, golf and of course the beach.
