You could be the first guests to stay in our new family friendly home with its fabulous and fun decor.

Home is situated at the top of a beautiful hill overlooking a deep water cove. A 5 ft cart path leads you to an awesome boat dock made from trek decking, with tiki bar and floater for swimming in 20+ feet water.

Great space for you to tie up your boat which you could bring from home and launch just four homes down, or rent from one of our local marinas. The home is outstandingly appointed with a gourmet kitchen and large living and entertaining spaces to accommodate many guests.

With the three floor layout of this home your family and friends will have plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy dining inside or out with our large dining room, kitchen table, bar area and outside deck.

THE HOME HAS (3) QUEEN BEDS, (2) TWIN BEDS, (1) SOFABED, (2) COUCHES, several pull-out mats and plenty of space for blow-up mattresses, etc.

The first floor boasts the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 and 1/2 baths and bedroom. The second floor has a loft area, three large bedrooms, two with views of the water, the "large" master bedroom can also accommodate additional sleeping area.

The recreation room is on the bottom floor with 1/2 bath, plenty of game equipment, TV, couches and access to the backyard and path leading to the lake. Bring your fishing poles, water toys, suits and sunscreen.

This is our private residence; therefore, we request NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES or PETS.

  • Thanks so much for allowing us to be at your house. We loved the game room and the big HDTV. Our family had a great time and for the most part we all enjoyed the walks up and down the hill. We saw beaver and deer (and smelled a skunk) on our walks up and down. The dock was awesome and the cove was great for swimming and fishing. All the water toys were put to good use as well. We caught a 3 lb small mouth bass from the dock!

  • House has every conveniance and the brand new Boat Dock is first rate with spacious Trek deck. Kids loved swimming and catching sunfish off the dock in the private cove. We took our boat out for water skiing and trip to the State Park. In the evening we went to the Mayberry Drive-In Movies, and played ping pong in the rec room. It was a very engaging experience and we will certainly stay there again next year.

  • We spent a fabulous (3)family vacation at SML. The house is truely spacious. The kids could spread out, the parents could grill and visit on the house deck. The path made access to the lake easy : coffee at the lake in the morning, swimming all day, and an evening stroll back down to the water after dinner. Fishing was fast and much better than anticipated. We will be back!
