This beautifully maintained town home has a fabulous view of the ski slopes and is a short shuttle ride from the base of the mountain. The free shuttle stops a few steps out the front door and runs continuously on 10 minute intervals from 7:00 am until 1:00 am. After an invigorating day on the slopes, or outdoors in the warmer seasons, the large hot tub on the deck beckons your tired body. Enjoy cooking on the gas grille and relaxing in the hot tub, while watching the last rays of sunlight illuminate the ski mountain.
Inside, there are three bedrooms and 3.5 baths to comfortably accommodate up to eight people. The gourmet kitchen adjoins the family / dining room, so everyone can be together at meal time. The kitchen boasts a Viking range, dishwasher and large fridge with ice maker. The family room has a full stereo and visual system, consisting of DVD, VHS and CD player, in addition to satellite TV. The central humidifying system keeps enough moister in the air for all to feel comfortable.
This unit has not been leased before 2009, and is decorated and set up like a home, rather than a rental unit. There are custom made antler pulls on all of the drawers and cabinets, as well as western art on the walls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The master and the second master both have queen beds and private baths. The third bedroom contains two trundle beds, which sleeps four, and also has a private bath. The private garage allows one vehicle to be kept out of the snow, while additional vehicles can be parked outside.
The unit has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ski mountain, as there is a large greenbelt in front. The ski slope and restaurants are about ¼ mile from the unit and can be walked, driven or reached via shuttle.
