I had never rented from VRBO and I was a bit hesitant at first. Everyone I dealt with at Rental by Owner Direct was very professional and the rental process was very easy. I rented a Jr. Suite on the 38th floor without a balcony and a view of the MGM pools and the airport. It was fun to watch the airplanes take off at the airport and we rarely heard sounds from the planes, but we could really hear the daytime music from Wet Republic, even on the 38th floor. I rarely saw anyone using the balconies during my one week stay. The staff at The Signature was wonderful and check in and check out was so much easier than any of the other Las Vegas hotels I've stayed at. The hotel was clean, quiet and had the fastest elevators!

As usual, the room was exceptional. My only complaint is that the internet service is very slow. I called the hotel, and was told that it was a combination of slow service and a lot of guests at the hotel. In today's age, surely this can be fixed.

I had such a wonderful, relaxing stay. It was perfect from the time I entered the property through the gate off Harmon. It took less than 5 min to pull up, unload the luggage from trunk, check in, and walk through the door to the suite. Beautiful view from the balcony, overlooks the pools from Tower 3 and Tower 2. I loved that I didn't have to walk 20 min to get to the car, or to get to the pools... like what happens at most LV properties. I have absolutely zero complaints. I had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the Jr. with balcony on very top floor (Penthouse). The views where amazing, the room was spectacular. It had everything you needed, including kitchen utensils. The valet parking was free and the service was spectacular. The one thing people on this site complain about is walking. Yes, you're going to have to walk 3-4 blocks to get to the MGM. But if you're smart, rather than walking to the MGM, you'll take E Harmon st., which is literally 1 block to the strip. There is also a tram that runs up and down the whole strip if you're feeling lazy or don't want to drive. Don't spend money on restaurants on the strip unless you've purchased coupons from tix4less. You'll go broke, and they also sell discounted shows. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with Las Vegas, would have rather of saved a little more for a real travel experience. But if you're single and love to drink, this is your spot. Have fun, and enjoy ^_^

This was my 5th time staying at the Signature and my first one in this Suite. The Suite was perfectly cleaned and well-maintainted. I loved the incredible view from the balcony. It was breathtaking.... Just a direct view on the new Las Vegas City Center. The location is perfect for everyone, who want´s to be in the heart of the action, but loves to stay in quite and silent oasis. I will definitely come back.....and book this suite again... as I would recommend to my friends and family!! Thanks again for this tremendous Suite!!!

Renting was easy and efficient (1 phone call, 2 emails) and we got a great rate and an amazing 38th floor view of the Strip. The Jr Suite comfortably slept 4 people and had a great kitchenette so we could save on dining costs. Signature is a great place to bring kids in LV: no need to walk through a casino to get to hotel or any of the Signature or MGM pools. The Signature desk and valet/bellmen were all very friendly and helpful. Saw Love and Terry Fator during our stay and recommend both! Will rent through this organization when we return to Las Vegas!

We had a great time in Vegas, and one of the main resons was our Hotel, the Signature. There was plenty of room in our Junior Suite, the kitchenette was very helpful, the TV in the bathroom a nice feature, together with the jacuzzi. One of the best things was the balkony, at 37.th floor in Tower 2 we had a fantastic view over Vegas in Strip direction. It is a little bit of walking to get to the MGM Grand and the Strip (shorter by Harmon Ave.), but the moving walkways are comfortable.Valet parking was easy, efficient and convenient with friendly staff. The only little concern I have, is that the Fridge knows only two settings: ice cold and too warm. For Entertainment I would recommend two shows: "Le Reve" at Wynn and in walking distance " Vegas, the show" at Planet Hollywood. We loved our stay and next time in Vegas we are definitely returning to the Signature!

Loved everything about the Jr. Suite. I was only on the 5th floor but had a gerat view of the Vegas lights just the same. Hotel staff was first claass! Internet worked well. The kitchen was really nice and saved us a ton of money by eating in. If you stay longer than 7 days you can use the laundry room. Easy access to MGM. I held a small workshop in my room and had no problem accomadating 8 people. I'll be back next year.

recently stayed there for a last minute trip to vegas for my 22nd birthday.. everything was excellent the entire staff from the lady that helped me with reservations to the lady at the checkout counter. they treat you like royalty there. when we arrived the gentlemen at the gate was very nice, when we pulled up to valet all three valet men were there to greet us. they opened the door to our car for us, opened the trunk and loaded our luggage on the cart. they opened every door for us. check in was great and speedy. everyone smiled at all times. one of the things that stood out to us and is highly mentionable is the bell hop who took our luggage up to the room, he hung up our coats and put our luggage in the closet. we just say back and relaxed.. the room was AMAZING!!! very comfortable bed, huge jacuzzi tub, great view from the balcony. everything was great.!! everything was so great the entire trip we kept telling ourselves there has to be a catch? nothing is every this easy and great. but nope no catch.!! i cant say id change anything about the whole trip. I'll never stay anywhere else!! ive already reccomended this place to everyone i know!!!!!!

We had a brilliant time whilst in Las Vegas. Property was beautiful and clean with great view from the baclony. The response time during the booking process was very good with speedy replies and confirmation. Location is brilliant as you can walk to everything pretty much, we would definetly stay there again. This was my second time using Vacation Rental by Owners Direct at The Signature and would very much recomend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

We were in town for very close friend surgery/hospital stay, it was not for a fun time our and about. We utilized the kitchenette for breakfast/lunch which was a great way to avoid eating every meal out w/kids. Well located, and the kids loved the pool, even in November. We met up with another family w/kids who stayed in the 1BR full kitchen and it would be great for a long stay or more people. Overall a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with my jr suite at the signature MGM. The view from the balcony, 33rd floor, was awesome. The suite was clean, quiet, everything worked. It was nice to go down to a lobby NOT full of smoke and slot machines, but instead a Starbucks with no line up and a comfy lounge. No complaints at all and at the price it was cheaper for a week here than for a standard room at MGM. The walk to the MGM was not far and it is enclosed with moving escalators in the hall. I would definitely stay here again, thanks!

This is my second stay using this company through VRBO. The first time i stayed in the Junior suite without the balcony so this time i thought it would be nice to have a balcony and to have some fresh air. The balcony is huge which is nice but the only thing i did not like is that it didnt have any kind of seating out there. Its a gorgeous view so if you want to sit out there i guess you would have to bring the chairs from inside to use like i saw other people do in the other buiding. The unit was clean as i expected from my previous stay the only thing that did not work properly was the TV in the bathroom. I tried numerous times to up the volume so i could listen to music in there and it was at full blast but sounded like it was on the lowest setting. I was disappointed that it didnt work properly but other than that it was a great stay.

We were extremely happy with the suite provided by Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature. It was clean, quiet and comfortable [exactly as advertised]. I should have a bathroom like that at home. Although we did not cook in the suite, everything was there if we had wanted to. Instead we had good dinners at Wolfgang Puck's Grill in the MGM and the Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops. The amenities offered at the Signature Towers were great and the staff were very good. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We just returned from our stay at the Signature. We had an excellent time and a huge part of our experience was our stay in this suite. It was beautifully appointed, clean, well stocked and had a stunning view. The service at the Signature is unparalleled. The pool in tower 1 is so calm and relaxing. Our fellow guests are respectful and mature - no drunk 21 year olds running up and down the halls at 3:00 am! I especially appreciated the professionalism of Las Vegas Signature Rentals.com. As soon as our credit card was processed, they emailed a copy of our credit card receipt. I have rented for 7 years through VRBO and have never had that level of payment security. Great Alternative to the Cosmo/Balcony in Vegas!/Kitchenette/large rooms/fantastic price

Recommended!!! Single 37 yr old in private jet industry. Spent 4 days on the 28th floor for an aviation conference. Enjoyed the large room, kitchen, view, and general peacefulness of the building. Building is quiet except for automatic door closers which slam shut when the occupier does not catch it....I purposely made sure I wasn't so rude. After staying at the Cosmo, the Signature isn't as swanky or updated, but offers the same...except for the long walk to the strip. Kitchen was just as nice. Definitely clean and no nasty surprises. A paint brush and some caulking would freshen the place up to near perfect, BUT I am a stickler for such and by no means was it noticeable to the average person. The Cosmo was just the same (and it is new). I didn't sit on the cloth sofa...as it was in need of a recovering...but I wouldn't sit on any Vegas hotel, cloth-sofa anyways (and didn't at the Cosmo). The only real downside was the time it took to check in (managers watched as several parties and myself waited to check in for about 10-15 min-prob specific to this particular day (Sun 5PM), rare circumstance), the distance from the MGM and the strip (20 min walk), and the room door closers/neighbor (its a simple adjustment to the closer mechanism {but was the case with all doors all along the hallway]or a much more difficult adjustment to the guest's lack of respect!). I am also a night owl. Balcony could use some seating or a lounger, and bathroom a trash can or counter mini can. Overall I will consider again simply because of the nightly rate!!, large and clean room, kitchenette (dishes, pans, utensils provided) which I used in its entirety, balcony, and strip location (sort of). To me MGM casino seems tired and dated, and casinos are not my thing, so next time I will stay here and just walk from the Signature to the strip without having to go through the casino...as it was faster to walk down Harmon than through the casino. Thanks to the owner for a later check out...which is a standard request for me when I travel, and important to me with my hours. Sofa will be recovered soon...so have no worries. PS- I didn't recommend the Cosmo as 5 star excellent so a rating of "good" is high on my scale. Working with the Owner Direct made me feel appreciated over the lack-there-of at the Cosmo. I have been in multiple 5 star hotels the past 2 weeks in Sonoma and Carmel Cali, and Signature is right on par in terms of the room. This is a condo complex, a huge plus!

For my first trip out to Vegas with the wife we decided to stay at The Signature @ MGM, looking for a nice room with great views with some privacy and quiet from all the hustle and bustle down on the strip..... Our room booked through Las Vegas Signature Rentals delivered! We had a top-floor Upper Penthouse Suite in tower 2/B facing the strip. The room had everything we needed and more, offered housekeeping (@ additional cost / Did not use), about a 5-7 minute walk through and to the main MGM casino or strip. The MGM is also one of the Vegas Monorail stops which was easy and quick to get anywhere on the strip. We really liked the free water bottles offered anytime at the main bell-hop desk outside. Hotel was very clean, modern and quiet which is perfect after a long day in the casino or walking the strip. It would be nice to have a few more vending machines on the floors or an extra place to grab a late night snack, but these seem to be things missing across all hotel chains lately. The views from the balcony can't be beat, you can see clear over most of the hotels and get a great look at the surrounding mountains all day long :) I would book with Signature rentals again, it's nice to be able to pick your exact room and get exactly what you are looking and paying for in your trip. The layout of the suite was great and the location was good for us - but the suite was NOT clean - the carpet was badly soiled, the glass/acrylic wall on the balcony was VERY dirty. However, the suite of our friends (next door) was clean and very good. We would choose to stay here again.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!

Recently stayed in a Jr. Suite @ the Signature at MGM. Upon arrival, was told at the front desk, that check-in time was not until 3:00pm but if suite was clean they would allow early check-in. Desk agent stated that suite had been cleaned already and politely checked us in. Entering the suite we realized that the room had not been cleaned, i.e. garbage everywhere, dirty dishes, bed unmade. Immediately called Rental By Owner Direct at The Signature. Their answer was, "It's not check-in time, you shouldn't even be in that suite yet!" To them I stated, "the front desk said that it was O.K. and that the room was clean." Woman on phone stated that the front desk really doesn't know what's going on. After a few back and forths she asked if we could leave the room and go have lunch or something and she'd send someone to clean the room ASAP. Came back to room later and room had been cleaned. Then, we realized that half of the suite (electrical outlets, lighting, etc.) did not have electricity. Notified office again and they said they would send someone to fix it. Left and when came back electricity was working. Shower stall had mold/mildew all around bottom of stall. Owner of unit did come to the unit. Right off the bat, she stated that we were paying a reduced rate because we were renting directly from the owner and that the front desk should not have let us check-in early. She told me that I shouldn't worry about the mold in the shower and it was underneath the silicone and she'd have to get someone to remove all of the silicone and reseal it. If the nightly rate was her issue, frankly, I would have paid more for electricity and a mold-free shower. One evening, we wanted to order room service and when picking up the phone we realized that neither phone en-suite was working. I called the main hotel number from my cell phone and had them transfer me to room service. Room service asked me why I was not using the phone in my room. I stated that it was not working. They proceeded to ask me if I had reported it. I told them that I had not. I really just wanted to order my food and be done with it. I did not want to get into another conversation with Rental By Owner Direct. Would not stay there again.

Owner response:Check in time is 3:00pm, not 9:00am. Indicated on all our correspondence is 3:00pm check in. Difficulties arrise when guests check in at 9:00am, and don't give the maid service and supervising inspector the proper time to make sure everything is perfect for our guests.

Super nice place. Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, furntiure etc. We like to cook some of our meals when vacationing--could of used a little more cookware--fry pan had no cover. Location was excellent. Hotel staff very helpful which made our stay very nice. We are hoping to plan another trip in 2012 and would like to stay here again.

The suite was excellent as was all the staff, inside and out. The coffee and water promised in the suite each day however required a phone call and I have yet to figure out where the garbage was supposed to end up, but all in all, a great time and a very clean property.

As one of the first to stay at the 'The Signature MGM' in June 2006 Tower 1, i have been a true connoisseur of The Signature MGM. Wife & i have stayed in 8 different units over the 5 1/2 years since its opening. This unit is the true bang for the buck, (1) perfect view, (2) penthouse floor, (3) balcony, (4) jacuzzi jet tub with TV, (5) big flat screen TV, (6) full kitchen 95%, (7) great decor, (8) very clean, (9) total cost is the best! If you really want to feel & know that you got your monies worth rent this unit. I could go on & on, gym, bar, private pools, walking distance from best part of the strip! Truth is we haven' stayed in another hotel since the first stay June 2006. The best Jr suite deal we've had by far! This unit still felt 90% original & clean as when it opened in my opinion.

We have stayed several times at the MGM but felt they really need to update their rooms (at least in the West Wing). I decided to look around for other options (we go every year in May). I have used VRBO before so thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that MGM-Signature Suites was listed. At first I was concerned it was too far away from MGM, or at least the pools. The pools are the main reason we stay at the MGM. We found that Tower 1, with all the moving walk ways, was actually closer to the pools than the West Wing at MGM. The tower was clean and quiet. The room was fantastic. The bathroom is huge and we really enjoyed the almost full kitchen. We stocked up on food and drinks because we could store them in the suite's refridgerator. There was even a blender, toaster, and coffee pot. The room was very clean. We paid extra (only $20) to have it cleaned once while we were there (there for 4 nights) and that was sufficient. Booking the suite with the owners was extremely easy as was check in and check out. The valet service NEVER answered their phones but when we went down there they brought our car up within 5 minutes. The only problem was the blow dryer handle was broken making it difficult to dry our hair and when I emailed the owners I didn't get a reply but they have probably replaced it by now. I will be looking to book this unit again next year.

The two of us stayed in this Jr. Suite over the Easter weekend and loved it. It was very clean and the views were wonderful; high floor and views of the Strip. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were plush. Check in was easy and we wouldn't hesitate to book this same Suite again. Sherry and Michael Pearland, Tx.
