Why the Owner Chose Castle Rock Lake
We purchased this cottage while living on Castle Rock Lake full-time. We wanted to ensure we would have a place in the event we would have to relocate due to my husband's job. We had admired this cottage for years and were elated when we were able to purchase it. The location is fantastic and our kids would stay up all night fishing from the pier (their Dad too) if I let them. It is great walleye fishing right from the dock! The calm bay is perfect for a canoe, kayak or paddle boat and our kids love to paddle across to the gas station for ice cream in the summer. Now that we've moved away, we're so thankful we have this cottage to go back and stay connected to the area that our kids loved dearly growing up.
