The vacation rental building called l Etoile is located in the heart of South Beach in a very quiet street at a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the beach.
This historic building is composed of only 4 apartments: (3) 1-bedroom and (1) 2-bedroom. There is a private pool and a nice garden behind the small building. The building offers parking, is secured by fences, intercom system and a video cameras.
This 650 SQF 1 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated in June 2006, it is on the upper floor, and it is spacious, comfortable and comes with a large terrace perfect to relax. This unit will perfectly accommodate up to four people (there is one extra sofa bed/futon).
The living room is full of character with a chimney and a nice over sized cathedral ceiling and comfortable and cozy furniture.
The very spacious and cozy 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has been redone with great quality materials, offering a shower with designer's plumbing fixtures large head showers, sleek and design vanities.
The independent kitchen is adjacent to the dining area.
