  Though we have not yet checked-out, I wanted to be sure to take time to let others who may be considering this condo know that they've chosen the exact right place! This condo can't be beat for the totality of the package! Very very clean, spacious enough for a family of four (husband, wife and two young daughters made up our crew), all the amenities needed to "feel at home" - (fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, TV in living room and adequately sized bedroom, very large bathroom and bathtub and nice sized counter-top for family dining, card playing, work area,etc...). The view overlooks the nicest grounds (spectacular pool, green grassy areas and palm trees galore) of any resort we've seen. Very nice view of the ocean from a very nice sized balcony where morning coffee can be enjoyed at its best! You simply feel like you're on vacation here! Almost coddled! The owner Bob answered all the questions we had about the area and yes, he provided a wonderful key lime pie for our taste enjoyment! Not one thing has come up that we have been dissatisfied about or needed. We would recommend this condo a thousand times over! Don't miss out!!   We absolutely loved this condo!! We were greeted by the owner shortly after arriving... He gave us great info about the area plus brought a key lime pie as a complimentary gift! I have never had that to happen before! The room was very nice and clean. One thing I hate about taking vacations is sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress, but this one was very comfortable! This room had a washer and dryer in the room which was very nice to be able to wash towels daily. With the exception of puerto Rico, I have never stayed in a condo around any of the US beaches with a pool atmosphere as nice as this one. We were very impresssed with not only the pool but the beautifully landscaped garden around the pool. There is a security guard that continuously walks around the facility and pool 24/7 and that was very relieving to see that. We grilled out several times during our stay and they are located conveniently by the pool. This is the first vacation that I have stayed by the pool longer than staying at the beach. We just really really loved our stay here and were really sad to leave it! We will definitely return to this condo and stay in the near future. Thanks to the owners for making this a great stay! Very impressed!

  My husband and I had a great time at Sterling Shores in Destin. Bob and Diane were easy to work with and offered a very reasonable price when we decided to stay an extra day. It was a plus having the unit stocked with essentials so we did not have to make a trip to the store as soon as we arrived. We loved being able to walk to The Back Porch Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Shopping and grocery stores are a short drive. The complex is well maintained and quiet. The only negative I have to say is the bedroom was a little smaller than we anticipated but we still enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Sterling Shores to our family and friends.

  Even though the description of the property was very inticing, the actual experience was even more enjoyable. The unit itself is charming, very comfortable and spotless. All the extras that are provided (eg. dish & dishwasher soap, laundry supplies & paper supplies) goes beyond the normal. The view and the pool surroundings are spectacular. I would recommend this unit to anybody and we are hoping to go back in the near future. PS. The owners are lovely people to work with. Previous to our visit, they were to happy to answered the many questions that we had. .

  We had such a great time during Spring Break! The unit is beautifully deocrated with a nautical theme. The view is to die for -- the pristine Gulf is right out your window. It is spic and span clean with wonderful lush linens and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any unit we've ever rented. All the comforts of home. And the pool area is beautiful as well with a choice of the pool by the building or by the beach. The beach is the best and the free beach service was a real treat. The local owners were a great resource. Much better than a rental agency. They shared thier favorite places that have now become ours. Can't wait to come back again!

  Me and My husband celebrated our 1 year Anniversary here and it was absolutely fab!! Loved the pool. The beach is great but some of the time you like to lay out by a nice clean pool! The Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pillows and bed was so comortable and the view was amazing! We definatly will be staying here again very soon!!!

  Thank you for taking such good care of us! We are having a great time. It has been a few years since staying here at Sterling Shores and it looks better now! The grounds, palm trees, pool, and beach is second to none. We will be sure to send a few pictures from our trip. We love the balcony in the evenings, and Andrea loves your big bed.   We enjoyed your home at Sterling Shores! Beautiful view from the balcony, also from the kitchen. Lovely "Destin-ation," spacious, super king size bed , very well situated, close to shopping, great restaurants, good food, great golf courses, Reg played 16 games most of them at The Seascape.
