This condo has been thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled from the ceiling to the floor. There are new leather recliners in the living room so you can lie back and watch the 55" flat screen television after enjoying a fun day at our beautiful resort-like complex. There is a gas grill and chairs on the living room patio so you can enjoy the great view of the harbor and beach. There is also a large upstairs patio to enjoy the view and meals from as well.
The downstairs master bedroom has its own flat screen TV and bath. Upstairs is a generous sized bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV and a desk. The kitchen has newer appliances and granite counter tops.
Our complex has so much fun you don't need to go anywhere else. We have two large heated pools, large hot tubs, gym, game room with billiards, foosball, game tables, large screen TV, koi pond, putting green, locker rooms with saunas and a small library.
Most importantly, when you walk out the west gate you are ON THE BEACH! There are no roads to cross- just walk through our gardens onto the sand. From our place you can walk about a block north to the harbor or to the south to the boardwalk and pier. Both places have a lot going on- from shops and restaurants to surf lessons and competitions, boat, bike and kayak rentals, volleyball, picnic areas on the sand, fishing...
If you do decide to get in your car, the town of Oceanside is charming. Just a couple exits on the freeway and you are at Legoland or continue on to the The Wild Animal Park, Sea World and San Diego. Heading north, you can easily reach Disneyland and the Los Angeles area.

Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
We love the complex. It is beautifully maintained as they are constantly cleaning, planting and painting somewhere on the grounds. And the best part - we don't have to find a parking spot to go to the beach. We just walk out the gate!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When I want to relax, I just send the kids to the game room, putting green or the pool- anywhere inside the gated grounds. They take a walkie-talkie and enjoy their independence.

Our family loved our stay at this condo. Everything was as described and exactly as expected! This condo was clean and comfortable and well furnished to accommodate a family or group of 6. It was convenient to the beach, marina, pier, shops and dining. The views were great all around! The complex was very much kid friendly...my 4 yr old son loved the koi fish pond. We definitely recommend this condo to all travelers for your stay in the Oceanside area. Disneyland was about an hour drive away north and The San Diego Zoo was about 45 minutes away south.

Everything was as promised and better than expected. Our stay was especially nice this year. We stayed in the same complex last year and think it is the best. Anyone renting this unit will be thoroughly pleased by its location and by the comfort and beauty of the condo. We especially liked the upstairs patio which overlooked the beach. Each day we walked several times on the beach and enjoyed the pier, the nearby marina and even saw a sea lion snoozing on the sand one day. A lovely experience for our family. Oceanside is close to other beaches and sights nearby in San Diego The train station in within walking distance if we didn't want to take our car into the City. We hope to return and would be happy to rent this same condo if available.

Great vacation property. My family loved the location and easy access to the beach. The property was clean and well furnished. This unit had boogie boards,beach towels, chairs, etc. for your day at the beach. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and families.

We had a great stay at this condo. It had all the comforts of home; comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, entertainment for the kids, a great ocean view. And we would come back again.
