This condo has been thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled from the ceiling to the floor.
There are new leather recliners in the living room so you can lie back and watch the 60" flat screen after enjoying a fun day at our beautiful resort-like complex.
There is a gas grill and chairs off the living room patio so you can enjoy the great view of the harbor and beach. There is also and upstairs patio to enjoy the view and meals from as well.
The master bedroom has its own flat screen TV and bath. Upstairs is a generous sized bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV. and a desk- for writing those "Wish you were here" postcards. The kitchen has newer appliances and granite counter tops.
Our complex is so much fun you don't need to go anywhere else. We have two large heated pools, large hot tubs, gym, game room with billiards, foosball, game tables, large screen TV., koi pond, putting green, small library. And most importantly when you walk out the west gate you are ON THE BEACH! There are no roads to cross- just walk through our gardens onto the sand.
From there you can walk about a block north to the harbor or to the south to the boardwalk and pier. Both places have a lot going on- from shops and restaurants to surf lessons and competitions, boat, bike and kayak rentals, volleyball, on the sand picnic areas, fishing...
If you do decide to get in your car the town of Oceanside is charming. Just a couple exits on the freeway and you are at Legoland or continue on the The Wild Animal Park, Sea World and San Diego.
Go the other direction to Disneyland and the Los Angeles area.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
We love the complex- they maintain it beautifully. Always cleaning, planting and painting somewhere on the grounds. And the best part- we don't have to find a parking spot to go to the beach. We just walk out the gate.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
If I want to relax, I just send the kids to the game room, putting green or the pool- anywhere inside the gated grounds. They take a walkie talkie and enjoy their independence.
