Two comfortable Queen Bed Master Suites (1 with TV, DVD, and access to the Hot Tub) with their own private baths on the ground floor are nicely separated from the upstairs Bunk Room and Large Bedroom (King Bed) with a Game Room/Loft and bathroom in between. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen, with access to the Hot Tub.
The Great Room with chocolate colored leather sofas and deep cushioned chair, surround sound entertainment center, big flat screen HDTV, DVD, & VCR, and custom lighting with dimmers, gas-burning rock wall fireplace, game table and chairs, hickory hardwood floors, and wall of windows is sure to be a favorite place to relax. The Unique Benefits at this House
Holly Lane Lodge was recently luxuriously furnished and decorated in a North Western motif with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. While it is spacious enough for multiple families, it's cozy enough for a couple. A BIG FLAT SCREEN TV in the GREAT ROOM, and a HOT TUB provide loads of fun, as well as other TVs, DVD players, and VCRS. A wall of windows in the Great Room ensures you'll wake up to a bright and cheery atmosphere, in fact, the whole house has lots of windows. All the bedrooms are separately themed, and the kids' bunk room has cowboy/cowgirl decor. I love to cook, and if you do too, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, big enough for multiple cooks, and an island with 4 chairs for your friends. Want some adult time? The kids will love to hang out in their SEPARATE kid's area loft upstairs, with TV, DVD, VCR, or in the garage with the foosball game or ping pong table. They can also ride their bikes (7 adult bikes provided, bring the kids' bikes or rent some in the mall) in the long driveway, or on the quiet area streets if they are not going out to explore on the bike paths. FORT ROCK PARK is just a 5 minute walk away, where you'll find playground equipment, large playing field, tennis, horseshoes, picnic tables, and parking.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoy being out in nature. But the first time we visited Sunriver, WOW! We couldn't believe all the outdoor activities practically at your doorstep available year 'round! With so many fun things to do, I feel like we're at Family Camp every time we come. Sometimes we bring other families with us, and sometimes we come just the 3 of us to play hard, have fun, and relax and unwind from our busy lives at home. We loved Holly Lane Lodge! Nicely appointed, great family room, comfy couches and beds, fun ping pong table and nice touch to have 2 dishwashers! Fabulous for entertaining lots of family, but intimate enough for just 2 couples. We cooked and cooked!!!! Early fall mornings on the Deck and cool evenings rounded out amazing days of golf. Almost overkill for just 4 of us...but we will return!!!

Just wanted to thank you for an absolute fabulous time in your beautiful home. Everything was as promised and then some, the video does not do justice to the comforts and homey feel of the space. You were so helpful with tips of places to go and responding to our questions.We enjoyed the kitchen/great room so much we hardly left, just enjoyed visiting and games. Ping pong matches were won and lost.The music/speaker system was a great bonus. We had one day/night of snow 3/4-3/5 and then beautiful weather. Your place was amazing and we so enjoyed spending time with our family. We hope it will be available in the future because we would love to go back when our schedules permit. I would recommend this home whole heartedly!

Very enjoyable all the amenities we needed. Everything was close and it was nice to be able to use the new facility that has pools for adults and kids and outside events. Would definitely recommend the house and the property owner was quite helpful.

You are in for a treat if you are lucky enough to stay at Holly Lane. The kitchen is fully stocked with more pots, pans and utensils than I have at my regular home. The layout is perfect, and is condusive to more than one family staying at one time. With such a spacious property, each person has their own space and no one needs to feel cramped. Our combination of kids and adults enjoyed the bikes, the ping pong and the hottub. Everything in this house is well thought out and arranged so that you don't have to worry, you can just relax and be on vacation!

We go to Sunriver every July for at least a week and have been searching for that "perfect rental" to go back to every year. This year (2010) we found it! Holly Lane Lodge was the best rental house we have been to. It was very comfortably furnished (important for relaxing at the end of a long day with little kids), had a very well equipped kitchen (knives you can actually use! lots of good pots and pans), and it was very clean (important for a picky mom like me). We can't wait to return next year!

House was as advertised. Walking into the front entry there are stairs on the left that lead to the second level. To the right there are two nearly identical bedrooms. Both have queen beds, large windows and full baths. One bedroom has a television. The great room leads into the kitchen which creates a large open space. Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. there are large windows with a slider leading to the deck. Kitchen was spacious and easy to use, even has two dishwashers to keep up with entertaining. At the end of the kitchen, there is a laundry and separate water closet that leads outside to the hot tub. The garage is also accessed from the kitchen. At the top of the stairs there are two bedrooms, a smaller living room and a bathroom. The first bedroom is right at the top of the stairs and is equipped with with two nice size bunk beds and plenty of room for the kids. Walking through the living area there is a couch, game table and television. The bathroom and master bedroom are at the far end. All in all the house has nice spacious layout. Easy to feel at home.

We stayed at the Holly Lane Lodge and we loved it! We had 4 adults and 2 small childern. We play ping pong, walked to the park, which is close. Ski had Thanksgiving dinner and just generally had a wonderful time. We will be using this house again in the spring/summer. They have a hot tub which we used. Everything was close, I really can't say enough nice things about this house. We would use it again and again.

We loved Sunriver and your house was delightful! In our few days there we biked on the wonderful pathways to see as many of the local attractions as we could. Being so close to Mt. Bachelor meant we had all the skiing and other winter sports opportunities just a few minutes away. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable, bright, and easy. Lovely to come home to at the end of a busy day. We can't wait to come in Summer!
