WELCOME TO HOLLY LANE LODGE, your home away from home! Built in 1998, and recently redecorated with comfortable and luxurious furnishings, our guests find our over 2300 sq. ft. home spacious enough for multiple families, yet cozy enough for a couple. Our guests tell us they love the large number of windows throughout the house that make it bright and cheery, especially the wall of windows in the Great Room/Kitchen that bring in the morning sun. The large deck and hot tub on this side of the house also gets the morning sun, and is shaded for outdoor fun and BBQs in the afternoon.
The Great Room with chocolate colored leather sofas and deep cushioned chair, surround sound entertainment center, big screen HDTV, DVD, & VCR, and custom lighting with dimmers, gas-burning rock wall fireplace, game table and chairs, hickory hardwood floors, wall of windows, and the well-equipped kitchen, private hot tub, and second entertainment area in loft with a fireplace, Pub-height game table for 4, TV, DVD, VHS, and games are just a few of the distinctive features that make Holly Lane Lodge a favorite home for return visits. Foosball and Ping-pong are located in the large garage. We also supply 7 adult bikes for your riding pleasure on the 33 miles of paved trails.
We even provide Free Wi-Fi and Free Long Distance Calling. Two comfortable Queen Bed Master Suites (1 with TV, DVD, and access to the Hot Tub) with their own private baths on the ground floor are nicely separated from the upstairs Bunk Room and Large Bedroom (King Bed) with a Game Room/Loft and bathroom. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen, with access to the Hot Tub.
Well located by Circle 11, Holly Lane Lodge is only a five minute walk to Fort Rock Park. Have fun bike riding to the North or South Pool, the Sunriver Village Mall, the Marina, Stables, Nature Center, and Observatory, the beautiful Sunriver Lodge, and be sure to stop at Goodies for some sweet treats. This home is great for anniversary or birthday celebrations, family reunions, ladies or guys vacations, golf groups, ski groups, photography groups, or just plain fun all year long!

Holly Lane Lodge was recently luxuriously furnished and decorated in a North Western motif with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. While it is spacious enough for multiple families, it's cozy enough for a couple. A BIG SCREEN TV in the GREAT ROOM, and a HOT TUB provide loads of fun, as well as other TVs, DVD players, and VCRS. A wall of windows in the Great Room ensures you'll wake up to a bright and cheery atmosphere, in fact, the whole house has lots of windows. All the bedrooms are separately themed, and the kids' bunk room has cowboy/cowgirl decor. I love to cook, and if you do too, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, big enough for multiple cooks, and an island with 4 chairs for your friends. Want some adult time? The kids will love to hang out in their SEPARATE kid's area loft upstairs, with TV, DVD, VCR, or in the garage with the foosball game or ping pong table. They can also ride their bikes (7 adult bikes provided, bring the kids' bikes or rent some in the mall) in the long driveway, or on the quiet area streets if they are not going out to explore on the bike paths. FORT ROCK PARK is just a 5 minute walk away, where you'll find playground equipment, large playing field, tennis, horseshoes, picnic tables, and parking.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoy being out in nature. But the first time we visited Sunriver, WOW! We couldn't believe all the outdoor activities practically at your doorstep available year 'round! With so many fun things to do, I feel like we're at Family Camp every time we come. Sometimes we bring other families with us, and sometimes we come just the 3 of us to play hard, have fun, and relax and unwind from our busy lives at home. Our home is set up to be our home away from home, with everything we need to have a great time. So come on over, make YOUR family memories, and we hope you'll enjoy our home season after season!

We loved Sunriver and your house was delightful! In our few days there we biked on the wonderful pathways to see as many of the local attractions as we could. Being so close to Mt. Bachelor meant we had all the skiing and other winter sports opportunities just a few minutes away. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable, bright, and easy. Lovely to come home to at the end of a busy day. We can't wait to come in Summer!
