GREEN CLEANING: We use only natural or eco-friendly cleaning products and insect repellents in the condo. (The outside buildings are sprayed monthly, just FYI.) There is a NO SMOKING policy not only in our condo, but throughout the condo premises (sorry, smokers! but for those of you allergic to smoke - you'll LOVE it here!)
And because of either the natural cleaning or because former guests have been feeding them, the geckos have a highway running through the lanais. We guarantee you'll have a wild critter encounter with a gecko or two, so bring your camera!
"No angst" CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: We allow a full day before and after your reserved dates for cleaning/maintenance, which means we have no official check-out time (or check-in time). Many flights leaving for the mainland are "red-eye" 10 p.m. late ones, so no need to worry about checking out by 3:00 p.m. or other assigned times as most rental management companies make you do. Take advantage of this perk by renting straight from the owners!

Kona Pacific condominiums have meticulously maintained swimming pool, BBQ grill area, lending library and gardens. On-site manager. Brand new elevators, hallway carpet/paint. Very nice!

If you are lucky enough to visit while we are using one side of the condo (late Jan. early Feb, we always stay in the Studio only - so the Master Suite side is available), you may even be able to talk Big John into working on your feet - he's been a reflexologist for 34 years. $45 hour and he's got skills, bruddah! :)
