Ducan's Dunes is a great beach house for families and medium sized gatherings. The beach and sand dunes is a one minute walk from the house. Duncan's sits on a private street with little to no traffic...great for kids! There are 2 decks...one facing the west...overlooking the beach and the pacific and the other east overlooking the open pastureland...deer and hawk abound...
The house has a new hot tub, sleeping for 8 with 2 bedrooms, both queens and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk and 2 singles. There is a cozy gas/log fireplace and a game table in the living room. Great house for kids! Open the doors and listen to the waves breaking on the near-by shore...let that sea breeze in....aaaahhhhh....did we mention the hot tub with Pacific Views?!
